The hotel is in a great central location and the rooms are perfectly fine for one night. We found a lovely coffee shop and got an insider tip for dinner there: Mumbai Masala, an excellent Indian restaurant. However, the shower is a disaster with hardly any water pressure, and the toilet flush also has very little pressure.

I appreciate the prompt response from the hotel staff when I reported that the shower knob was broken and water was leaking. The issue was addressed quickly, which I’m thankful for. However, after the repair, the water pressure from the shower was quite low. I hope this can be improved for a more comfortable stay in the future.

I booked online via Trip.com and checked in within 30 minutes, and they were able to accommodate me. However, the amenities were incomplete, and the bed shown online was not the same as what we actually got. It was an experience, but if you ask me whether I would choose this hotel again, never.
