Esplanada is a good hotel ,but not quite a 4 star hotel. Very good location, nearby the train and bus station, with good view over Danube, clean and large room, free parking, good breakfast. BUT the jacuzzi and sauna aren't in use, noisy air conditioning.

Good things: near city center, close to the seafront, that's all! Bad things: all the room windows are dirty, the breakfast is execrable (a horrible full of oil omelette, tomatoes without taste, the coffee maker is malfunctioning, the air conditioning in the room makes a deafening noise (you had to stay warm to be able to rest), lowest quality of the toilet paper, at 10 pm the lobby bar closes, the door handle was defective, and so on....
