Washroom at reception out of order. Stayed 3 days, no room cleaning. Required deposit only in Cash. Bugs inside the room.

Room had a terrible smell. No toilet paper. Towels and bedding were dirty. Had to grab cash,card machine was broken. Ceiling was failing due to what seemed a roof leak. Would not recommend this hotel.

The ceiling had caved in from water leaking, and the door was broken from being kicked in. I left because I felt unsafe and they refused to give a refund.

Was a terrible hotel!! Immediately checked out. Room was filthy and window was broken and duct taped up. Refrigerator freezer was a solid block of ice. Two lights didn't work and no remote to tv. Tried to get our room reservation back but was told we had to get it through *******. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all, there is a $50 cash deposit required at check in on top of using a CC to pay. This deposit was not disclosed at booking and they did not have a working ATM in their lobby which left me having to get back in my car and go down the road to the nearest ATM & pay a convenience fee on top of that.
The room was absolutely filthy, bed and pillows were severely uncomfortable, AC made a horrible clicking sound all night and the bathroom tub and door was in complete disrepair.

$100 CASH deposit mandatory. I still feel dirty. The roaches "bed bugs"get like some nightmareish horror flick. And if smellavision was a thing sewage fumes were coming from the drains. DO NOT PRE PAY FOR YOUR STAY! You will not get refunded when you want to escape. Stuff was falling from celling I think plaster (hopefully). Went to put my clothes away and there it was... a crack pipe at least it looked like one from the old say no to ***** textbook from school. I should've done more research before i prepaid.

I’ll NEVER GO BACK TO GET RIPPED OFF
I reserved and paid $51 for a room, but by the time that I made it there, there were no more rooms, so I had to make reservations to another hotel because I couldn’t get in there ,but instead of me getting my whole refund $10 of my money was kept because the Regency didn’t have any more empty rooms for me to stay in so they took it upon themselves to keep $10 on my $51 payment not cool at all and very unfair

Do not stay here
Dirty sheets (actual dirt marks on them), carpets (I was afraid to walk on it with bare feet), walls (chipped and dirty throughout), bathroom (dirty). Unsanitary conditions. Shower had a more of a tarp instead of shower curtain, with part of ceiling missing. Very unfriendly night clerk (young girl).
