It's nice because it's close to the ADO terminal and downtown.
Overall, the facilities are clean and good.
My room does not have air conditioning, but it is well-ventilated and the fan is cool.
However, since the window faces the hallway, it may be difficult to keep it open.
There is a Japanese ramen, udon, sake restaurant, ice cream, and coffee cafe in the hotel building.

O hotel fica na rua principal de Tulum, super bem localizado, fomos atendidos pela recepcionista Regina, educada e super atenciosa. Os quartos são bons, bem limpos, o único porém é o ar condicionado, acredito que faz tempo que não limpa devido ao mal cheiro, única reclamação. Recomendo a outros viajantes!
