The hotel is clean and service is great. My family and I checked in around 7pm. The front desk was very helpful. She even told us that we can check out late which we did. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The free breakfast was delicious. You had a choice of bacon/sausage and eggs with bread and jam, salad and a bowl of fruit. coffee/tea. We didn't have a chance to try the rooftop pool. the location is perfect. the place is hidden from street and there is no parking except the street parking on the side. Overall, the cleanliness and service is amazing. I definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel room had great air conditioning to beat the heat… and the hotel itself was located in a very convenient area. It’s right across the street from a supermarket and close to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The property needs some basic attention. However for the price it was worth it. A couple of things to note. They need to clean the bathroom drains. The first room I was checked into was stinky. The smell was coming from the drains. The second room was better but the drains in the shower and sink were slow and made the bathroom smelly. But not the room. Clean the drains! I didn’t try the breakfast included. Across the street is a nice cafe with good coffee and breakfast items. Lastly, I only saw two rooms but it appeared that most rooms have no windows or a small column window by the front door. I’ve never experienced a windowless hotel before. I wouldn’t stay, again.

I had a bicycle accident the day before we arrived at Kahatsa. My face was covered with road rash. My left hand was swollen like a boxing glove. I was so sore and tired. They checked is in early. Provided me with ice and ice packs all say and all through the nice. They offeted assistance with doctors and language help. Three days later....I am in USA post-op, surgery to repair my hand. My face is still a mess. I can not imagine, for one minute, a hotel and staff in the USA being this kind or helpful to a foreign tourist, or even an American tourist. My room was a quiet, comfortable refuge. My husband was able to walk everywhere to get me food, drinks, farmasia stuff, Mex$. He said the facilities and breakfast was good. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could based on the quality of the staff alone!

Nice Hotel - but not our kind of “Namaste”!
This is a nice hotel- hard to see the entrance from the street - even the taxi driver was not sure of its location. I have VERY mixed feelings about this hotel. It looked Very clean but two things that stood out - the fitted bed sheet was stained with what looked to be blood (apparently the wash didn’t take it out) and the electric kettle was quite rusted inside. The staff was apologetic for the dirty sheet and we were given another room (it had two full beds and not the king that we had in the other room). I forgot to mention the rust issue but I hope they get this feedback and look into it.

No phone in room, no ice machine.Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast included. Special taxi rate if they call for you. Rooftop pool was very nice. Great location. Cleaning staff excellent! WhatsApp # is useful.

Great experience
My stay was great! My room was ready early. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, I forgot a charger and they were more than happy to assist. Room was very cute and the diffuser was on when I walked in. Very relaxing. Breakfast is included which is great! Hotel is also across the street from a supermarket and close to a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, was safe and walkable to many restaurants and shops and supermarket across the street. Street parking was always available.
