Great location, rooms are spacious, if you are looking for rest and relaxing I don’t think this is the place, the beach club makes it complicated, also this a no kids hotel

Good for 1/2 nights if you are a party goer. Impossible to sleep before 2am. After a couple of days partying, the non-stop tecno music can be annoying. Overpriced. We didn't have room cleaning during our stay. Location is good.

I got a room upgrade. Everything was perfect. Will definitely come back and stay at Selina Tulum.

Workers extremely welcoming, helped a lot with all our bags. Waiters were very friendly. The rooms were great, beach was kept clean.
The only thing is music will keep you up until 1am/1:30.. there is a club playing techno there.

Beach is bellow satisfactory and the picture is misleading.
The location is nice but very secluded, and far from to the nearest hospital.

If you want a party-vibe, this is the place for you. The music is so loud all day and into the night (1am usually) that there’s no day napping nor a good night sleep! I’ve been home for 2 days and can still here bass insa-insa-insa. It’s NOT the place if you want to relax and catch up on sleep.

I stayed here for 5 days, everything was good except the people working in the front desk. They act like they dont want to help you and were very rude ( Roberto & Esther)
The following day I went again to the office because i had an issue with my room and Karina was very helpful. Also Marcial from Mia resuartant was very nice. I don't think i would stay here again.
