I had the chance to stay at Hotel & Resort Rudraksh in Ujjain recently, and it turned out to be a really comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel has a peaceful and clean environment, which made me feel relaxed as soon as I entered. The location is also great if you’re planning to visit the Mahakaleshwar Temple or explore the city. What made my stay even better was the help and support I received from one of the staff members, Swatii. She was super friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was check-in, food, or finding directions around the city, Swatii made sure everything was easy and comfortable for me. I really appreciate her efforts. The rooms were nice, clean, and had everything I needed. The food at the restaurant was tasty and had both local and regular options. After a long day out, coming back to such a calm and well-kept place was a blessing. Overall, I had a great time at Rudraksh. If you're visiting Ujjain, I would definitely recommend staying here—especially because of the warm and helpful staff

The place was fun and staff member were great. The food was also great and served very well on time no waiting. The amenities were also fab, like pool and specially the view of Shipra river. I would specifically like to thank Swati for all the arrangements and services.
