We always enjoy staying at Encore. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Beautiful hotel with generous sized rooms. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Encore Mingara, service was excellent especially from Natalie, who tended to all our needs/enquiries. She was welcoming as were all the other team members that we came into contact with. They have great facilities, pool for adults & families, a gym, restaurants & entertainment, also not far from great shops & beaches.
Will definately be back.

What a lovely experience… a new,exceptionally clean , beautiful place ,and above all, very friendly staff . Special thanks to Natalie and Sarah at reception who were so helpful ,and made our stay an unforgettable one !!!!

Brand spanking new hotel with lovely accommodating staff! They happily switched rooms for us on arrival. Loved the pool and huge gym in the club next door.

Coffee machine was crap
No room service to get a decient coffee
, tv didn’t work and no mini bar or chips

As soon as you walked in was greeted by the amazing Staff especially Natalie,she was welcoming and answered the questions I had for her..
Room was huge and clean
Location was perfect with the club and many restaurants next door plus a pool and gym as well
Defiantly will be back again soon
