The only hotel in Tumen authorised to accommodate foreigners. Friendly staff. Mediocre breakfast. New city centre & overlooking to North Korea

Although the room facilities are a bit old, it is also a high-end hotel in the early years. The river view room is beautiful to watch the sunrise early in the morning. The sister at the front desk is nice and humorous. The breakfast is also very clean👍

The sentries and residents on the opposite side can be seen with the naked eye. The breakfast is simple but the taste is acceptable. The service staff are all good! There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, which is suitable for self-driving. The hotel is right by the river.
