It's a clean and cozy hotel in the center of the town, but I had a big problem with one of the receptionists.
When I arrived (April 12, at 4.30-5 pm), two ladies worked in the reception, a skinny one and a bigger one. The skinny lady was very professional, but the other lady folded my passport in the wrong way, and it got damaged (see attached picture). I took the passport from her and showed her how to scan it. Actually you don't need to fold a passport at all to fit it on the scanner.
I am expecting some kind of compensation for this incredibly stupid and unnecessary thing.

It was my first time to Tumote Zuoqi. It was snowing so I found a hotel nearby. This hotel has a large room, breakfast, parking, and is very convenient for snacks and shopping.
