Lovely hotel, cosy bedroom. Staff in breakfast room needs customer service training pronto. I was store trainer for Debenhams and he was not a credit to your hotel. He was surly, no good morning given, just said Whats your room number! Wasnt checking whether there was white or brown bread available, when I went to get toast, no white bread iin container and one slice of brown bread, 1 croissant available and limited orange juice available. Consequently we, and every other guest in the breakfast room had to ask for things. He told my husband no more croissants available when it was only 9.00am, breakfast served till 9.30am.
