Great place to stay! It’s so convenient to go to the Lake Garden and Zoo by walking. Room is super clean and breakfast spread are all yummy!

The bathroom still has someone's trousers hanging in it, and we were informed that the maintenance staff would assist us in opening the closed safe deposit box. However, the maintenance guy didn't show up. Additionally, the breakfast was lousy. Beside this, everything else is okay. The room is facing the lakeview, but due to the low floor, we could hear the sound of motorbikes

The floor and wall finishing were not old,but the bedsheet had stains,bath gel and shampoo wasnt refilled,the route to the parking wasnt pleasant. The only good thing its near to the park.

The breakfast almost the same everyday. Only the noodle change daily, the rest too boring.

Great hotel. Comfortable & clean. Just a stone throw to the famous lake. Indoor parking is limited.

Located in front of the most famous Taiping Lake. Owns basement parking but with no lift to the lobby. Nice spread of breakfast. Nasi lemak was good. My third visit :)

The hotel management need a revamp!!! They prioritise money-making events rather than the guest's comfort stay in the hotel. A wedding dinner that blast full in sound system making the whole building shaking till midnight. When complained at the reception, the receptionist was useless and hopeless. The building sound proof is totally nil. Also, the housekeeping was terrible. No shampoo and body shampoo provided. Those are very cheap things the hotel SHOULD provide. Instead, a Chinese cleaner lady look at us as if we wanted to cheat her by saying those cheap stuffs are not provided. Come on!!!! Only cheap hotel housekeeping will behave this way. The towel have stains.
