Don't make the same mistake as I did, in thinking, 'ah there isn't that many bad reviews for the year' that is because there are very little foreign nationals in the bodrum area now, hence why I think not many reviews on these sites!! But I can tell you no one was happy and we witnessed many complaining and leaving the hotel to find another...YES its THAT bad!!! It was shut down the previous year! When the transfer dropped us off, our hearts sank immediately before we even stepped inside the reception. You could tell straight off how run down it was. Then when you go into reception, your doubts are confirmed, with holes in walls and chairs and floor all dirty. When getting the key, they asked someone to check the room was ok (surely this should have been done before our arrival) We got taken to our room and before we even stepped in, there was all the previous occupants dishes, rubbish bag and dirty towels etc. (The dishes stayed there the whole 2 weeks we were there) We then entered the room where the floor was really dirty. The bathroom taps/shower, toilet brush, bin and mirror were all rusted. There was a blue plastic bag filled with water over one of the drains, we didnt know why it was there so left it, though after hearing another families issues, they had actual excrement floating on there bathroom floor when they finally got moved into the room they were meant to be in, so we decided to leave the water filled bag there! It was sooo dark in the bathroom as there were only 2 spot lights and one of them barely worked. There were live wires in the bathroom sticking out above the mirror and a large gap between the plug/hairdryer unit and the wall (massive health and safety issue) Our bed sheets hadn't been changed as had hair all over it and was dirty! So had to sleep on our towels. 4days of no cleaner and going to reception to ask for new bedding. On the 4th day they just laid the pile of bedding on our beds for us to change!! one of the sheets was meant to be a double but all were singles! The 3rd floor balcony rail was wobbly (you could see they tried to fix it with some wood which had since rotten, and some silicone) Aircon in front room didn't work properly, didn't blow cold. Aircon in back room was good, that was until it started making a loud noise and then shot out Ice!! This happened twice and resulted in multiple trips to reception again, where they would fix that and the other was never touched! If you want your room cleaned, you need to tip them, though careful as they have a thief amongst them, as one stole my perfume! ALWAYS keep your valuables in your possession!! There are no channels on the TVs. No WIFI in the rooms! The guttering around the pool was rusted and not fitted properly. Inside the guttering it was blocked with dirt, leaves, bugs and food!! The slides are only open 2hrs a day. The kids pool is turning green with dirt and litter. The toilet there was blocked with feeces and tissue. There was a junk room next to the

Please read this review if you are considering booking this hotel. It is honestly the most worst and despicable place we have ever ever stayed! To put it into perspective how truly awful this place is, we arrived at 11pm on the Monday evening, and had handed the room keys back and moved ourselves to another hotel by 10am the next morning. We booked this package holiday through loveholiday - please please let me also say DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY! At check in, the hotel staff were very unfriendly and could not speak very good English. The reception area was dirty, hot, with tatty, dirty seats, broken lights, and grubby walls. The main hallways were littered with dirty plates, cups and dirty bowls with cat food in them. We had two rooms booked, a double and a twin. The key card would not work for the door to the twin room. Eventually we were let in by using a door key. Please let me state here that I use the term 'room' very loosely as a prison cell would look more appealing. We were not shown how to work the Air Conditioning in either room. The Air Conditioner in the twin room did not work, was broken and hanging off the wall. It did work in the double room, if that’s what you call it as it barely gave out any cool air. The shower fittings in both rooms were rusty and corroded, with the shower itself looking dirty, unhygienic, and disgusting. The TV in the twin room was hanging off the wall, looking like it was about to fall. The beds in the twin room were tiny and resembled that of a child’s bed. My oldest son was literally hanging off the end when he laid down. The bed linen was stained and disgusting quality. The bathroom in the twin room had two bare wires wrapped in insultation tape poking out of the wall. This caused us extreme safety concerns and anxiety about our sons using the bathroom. Our concerns were that extreme that we told them they were not to use the bathroom and to come to ours instead. Had one of our sons been electrocuted, the hotel that loveholiday is currently advertising as 'Deal of the Week' would have some very serious questions to answer. The temperature in the twin room was stifling as there was no air. We opened the doors to try to get some air into the room and immediately a stench of sewage swept in. The Juliet balcony was loose and dangerous, so again another serious safety issue we had with this room. We were given tiny plastic cups of water in the room and a sign in reception said that we would be charged if we wanted any more. We had not had a drink for hours due to a very delayed and traumatic flight, and this was all that was offered to us. At this point it was around 12:30am so there was nowhere else to get a drink. We asked the receptionist for my sons to be moved to a different room but was told that the hotel was fully booked and there would be no way this is possible until the morning. We then asked if someone could come and look at the Air Conditioning unit in the twin room as it wasn’t wo

We booked this hotel back in May 2023 before seeing any of these recent reviews, the photos looked nice and we liked the idea of having a private beach, We werent expecting a five star world beating hotel, just something nice and relaxing for our holiday, we got a good deal on the package through love holidays and we’re looking forward to our holiday as anyone rightly should do, this was until a few weeks before we were due to depart we were showing friends, the hotel with the possibility of them booking and coming with us and that’s when we saw all of the recent reviews people have written about their horror stories, I will try and be fair and address other peoples concerns as well because I think some people have wildly over exaggerated certain things in there claims Before we arrived at the hotel, we were petrified of what we might turn up to and what we had spent our hard earned money on, I had saved all emergency contact numbers for needing a new hotel and how we could go about doing this without causing to many issues but being fairly treated; The transfer from the airport was great, this hotel though is about 75 minutes away from the airport and the last 20 minutes, although beautiful scenery are very rugged badly maintained roads which added to our concern about what we could’ve let ourselves in for, but we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful exterior of the hotel when we arrived, when we walked up to the front desk, we were slightly dubious as there was five or six Turkish guys, just standing there, chatting away behind the desk, not bothering to serve or taking interest that we had turned up, when they did decide to take our name, thankfully, they had a reservation and told us we were in a newly refurbished room on the fourth floor, straightaway One of the guys came from behind the desk, and took our suitcase and offered to started to carry it to the room for us, he took us up to our room, but came in with this and waited around and was very hesitant to leave until he got a tip, I would be slightly worried about this behaviour if I was a female traveller or on my own, because he spoke no English, just waited with hand on top of the suitcase, ROOM: Our room, we were pleasantly surprised with, had a nice view of the beach, partially obscured by trees, but we had paid for a beach view and couldn’t complain really as the trees made the view nice as well, the room had clean sheets weren’t brand-new, but certainly weren’t stained and had been freshly laundered recently, my wife being a clean freak was happy with the room and the effort that the housekeeping team had put in, the room in general We were pleased with the bed was nice and comfortable, my only gripe is that they give you a tiny and I mean tiny top sheet to share for a double bed which throughout a weeks holiday was cleaned each day, but some days we got a sheet big enough for the two of us some days the sheet could be the size of a beach towel, we asked housekeepin

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We arrived at this hotel. We immediately realised this was not the hotel we had booked - it looked unclean in the lobby and it was very hot as no air con. The hotel in the photos was across the road - the sister hotel under the name Mio Mare Hotel but was full- false advertising...everyone we spoke to said they had seen the same photos when booking from the UK. Anyway they assured us they would sort us with rooms as we were tired. Over 4 hours we waiting in the night for our room...no food no apology nothing they were putting breakfast out in the heat already which was a big concern. The nightmare began when we were shown our rooms. Absolutely shocking....smelt of sewage...toilet leaking....mouldy rusty shower/ bathroom. Room was for 3 people but it was a double room with a broken campbed/sofa bed thing which was propped up with wood. Mattress and bedding was vile...I felt sick. Realised that the tap/shower water is so salty had caused pipes to become corroded/rusty. Did not feel safe at all. Air con made a sound but was not doing anything. Cupboard was broken... door frame was loose. Could not sleep there so ended up in reception for most of the stay trying to sort rooms out. Room change did not make a difference its all about hygiene and this hotel is not clean at all. We mentioned this to our rep. Our Rep Idrees Carlos from UTRAVEL we booked with planmyluxe/planmy tour said he would look into the rooms for us.....and boy did he really got nasty and threatening towards me. It started when he booked us hammam for 1st day as we needed to shower etc....we had issues locking hotel room so asked reception to sort and they said take your belongings with you!!!! Soo rude....hamam did not happen for this reason and rep (idris carlos) was getting impatient so he told us he had cancelled the hamam. Another rep in the hotel Byrham then helped us book a hammam and told us to put a complain in about Idris. We managed a hamman at the same place but were told no one had booked a hammam for us earlier that day which we found odd but gave no thought. We used the restaurant over the road at the sister hotel staff there we very polite but had to cross a busy road everytime. Food was ok and plenty of choice there. We didn't want to spend any time in the hotel while they were trying to sort rooms for us that were clean, so booked a boat trip the next day with another rep at hotel. Idris Carlos who was supposed to be our Rep was furious and shouting at why we were booking with other reps....his behaviour became very psychotic and threatened me.....he would follow my family around telling them they needed to book excursions through in. I was very confused and shocked at his behaviour and him making some bizarre accusations. We were already tired not sleeping not knowing what to do. Started itching realised I had bites from mattress /bedding ruined my stay completely- bed bugs or midgie bites. Everything was dirty and damp and smelt awfu

Thinking Loveholidays.com was a reputable company, my partner and I booked this hotel for a week’s visit to Turkey for some late summer sun. Reviews looked fairly good, so we looked forward to our basic but “all inclusive” trip away. About a week before our trip I started to notice the “good” reviews were actually about 5 to 10 years old. With ever increasing trepidation I noticed that recent reviews were appalling to the point we wanted to cancel and lose our money, however, with typical English spirit, we decided to go as we thought it couldn’t simply be as bad as the reviews stated. How wrong we were. Upon arrival at 3am, we were given a room that you wouldn’t put your pet for the night. Mould on the walls. Broken doors, handles, fixtures and dilapidated, rusting taps. The air conditioning unit was broken and hanging on the wall by its wires. But worse than all that was the overpowering stench of sewerage. Absolutely disgusting. I immediately ran to reception and was met with “no English”, giggles, bare-faced derision and general p*** taking. In the end I pretended to call the police in desperation (knowing full well I had no idea how to do this and it would be a futile exercise anyway) but I at least got a sudden promise of a new room the next day. So after spending the night in an oven stinking of human waste, I tried to speak to reception who surprise, surprise had no idea or report of the events of the previous night. Luckily by chance, the Turkish speaking rep was in the lobby and he was able to help get a change of room where the only difference to the previous room was the fact the AC worked. Small mercies. Thank you Idris. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in an open buffet style area. The food is completely Turkish, which would normally be a great thing, but every dish is covered with flies and doesn’t variate from day to day. It’s very basic food, no grills or fish, just recycled salads, vegetables and rice dishes with the odd chicken stew thrown in. Bread and jam is the only way to go to avoid any form of gut ache from the flies that swarm the food constantly. Trying to find a table is a lottery and then you have to wait for cutlery. The moment you so much as look like you’re finished, the plate is whipped away, so you learn to chew quickly so as to still look like you’re actively eating. Also, there are wild street cats living at the hotel and they roam around the restaurant dining area with impunity. Drinks; these are the only options for this “all inclusive” hotel. Beer, local gin, local vodka, sprite, Pepsi (absolutely no diet drinks) and only if gas tanks available, water (in tiny plastic cartons) and concentrated local cordial. That’s it. No menu, no cocktails no premium drinks. Nothing. There is a bar at the “private beach” which is actually separated from the hotel by a main road, shared with the neighboring hotel and about 200m away. The beach bar has a constant and strong stench of sewerage. In fact the waste pipe ex

I have visited the hotel with my girlfriend at the beginning of September through LoveHolidays, were the pictures were stunning. We paid a lot and we were specifically looking for the hotel that has gym, which the hotel promotes having spa and welness centre, Turkish bath, etc. When we arrived to the hotel, words cannot describe what view was there. The hotel looks rundown, open wlectric sockets everywhere, molds in rooms, everything is disgusting, I had hair in my food every day, not to speak there is no gym, no spa, no slides, rooms look completely different from pictures, and no one speaks English. The worst part is that the hotel ia lying to Loveholiday saying they have all facilities and everything as advertised, which is ridiculous! We are escalating this to legals and will not leave this now after the hotel and agency are ripping people off advertising some decade old pictures and charging a fortune for rhis terrible place full of cockroachs. People, read other reviews, this hotel doesn't meet safety standards, it should be closed!

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO! 😡😡😡😡 Don't waste your money for this disgusting hotel. I never bother writing reviews but couldn't miss this one. So let me start 1. We we accommodated to a different -aparrently superior room because ours was a disaster...(looked like 100 years old)-which was a nightmare: door was beeping every time on opening, bathroom ventilation was so loud was driving us crazy; there was only one night courtain and on top the whole thing that courtains are holding onto fell down 2x and we were exposed to everyone. We could only use 1 restaurant not 2 as stated on their website. Now - the BIGGEST LIE - There is no fitness centre! No Turkish Spa! No Sauna! They make the hotel looks nice on their website when in reality it's a dirty, super old looking hotel AROUND THE HOTEL STINKS OF SUIGE...Whilst you're eating! Their English is NONE to existing. You have to go with Google translator. Customer service is Terrible. They are bunch of Liers. LOVE HOLIDAY who we bought the package with is not helpful at all, hence we are going for Legal advisers for Their Scum Advertisement.
