The location is good, the food is average, the room cleaning is inadequate and the maintenance is inadequate. But it is a pleasant hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a road across the sea, which is suitable for self-driving travel. The hotel has two swimming pools. The water is relatively deep. Children who can't swim must wear swimming rings. The all-inclusive meals can satisfy the Chinese stomach. If With children, our eight-year-old stays and eats for free, and the hotel has activities every day. The only bad thing is that the room arrangement is very poor, facing a big construction site, there is no view at all. The dining waiters are very good-looking, but there are many flies

The hotel is 4 star. I will comment accordingly. First of all, we had a problem at the reception as the reservation we made for our family of 5 from Trip.com only appeared as 3 adults. While 12 years old is free on Trip.com, it was said to be paid at the hotel. However, the officer and authorized friend at the reception helped us and changed our room to a larger room with more beds. No additional fees were requested. Thank them. Our room was large, beautiful and clean. Although it was prepared hastily while we were at the reception, there was nothing missing. In hotel; It consists of apart rooms, a large hotel building, pools, bars, children's playground, amphitheater, restaurant, spa center and disco. During our holiday (mid June) the disco was closed. We used other fields. There is a pool table downstairs but it is not used. As far as I understand, there is a fitness center. But the machines are not used and the fitness center is closed. There is a medium size pool with 2 slides (slides worked almost all the time during the day), a large pool and a children's pool. The edges of the children's pool are made of slippery marble. My daughter has slipped and fallen. I think there is no problem in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Food was bad. The number of varieties was good for a 4-star hotel, but I can say that the taste is close to zero. If food is your priority, I do not recommend this hotel. The staff is very dedicated and smiling. They help the guests as much as they can. The majority (perhaps 90%) of the people who stayed at the hotel during our holiday were Turkish. When there are many Turkish guests, some problems may arise. Even though it's not very big, we lived it too. In general, it is a hotel that I can recommend to those who want to have a holiday at affordable prices, and those who say I would eat anyway, pool, sun, drink and cleanliness are important to me. By the way, the atmosphere of the hotel is nice, I loved the sculptures. As a note to the authorities on Trip.com, let me state the following; reservation information needs to be obtained more accurately.

Price performance hotel. The sea is not beautiful, very wavy and dirty. There is a problem with sunbeds, you can not find a place. Food is below average. Likewise with cleaning. Too far from entertainment venues. Don't be fooled by the photos, they are all illusions. The employees are indifferent. So, we were not very satisfied with the result.

I wish i'd read the reviews. Out of the few rare holidays we have this was by far and away the worst. Apart from being dirty, dangerous and the food being a disaster, the worst part was the unwelcoming environment. They HATE the English. They were even rude to the kids when they were politely asking for drinks. Bar staff were horrendous, i didn't bother going in the end. We were all ill there at some point due to the flies. I'm not joking they are the worst staff!!!!

On first impressions hotel and grounds are well kept. Check in was flawless, didn't wait long to be shown to my room. Big spacious room, clean lots of cupboards and adequate wordrobes. Although the bathroom was clean, the fixtures were very grubby could do with changing handles and waste bin (maybe it was due to the hard water ) it also affects the shower cubicle. The shower surrounds ar the corners had mould and the shower door itself was off its hinges (room1304). The shower itself was powerful and didn't disappoint. The room was air conditioned and did not fail during my stay.overall I give the room 7/10 Moving on to the grounds, they were well kempt and there was always someone cleaning up. I didn't stay by the pool but they appeared to be clean. The drinks....well they were hit and miss as is the case at most of the all inclusive I seem to notice The food well being a non meat eater, I struggled to have a decent meal for the 7 days that I was there. My saving grace was the fruit, some sort of mushroom with tomato on toast for breakfast and evening meals was just bef and occasionally bulgar wheat dish . What I saw from the meat options the did not look appealing at all. The flies on the food was an issue too. My advice if you choose to stay here is to bring a sanitising spray with you and use it for cleaning the cutlery, because they lay the tables and there are cats roaming and I saw on a few occasions cats on the tables. Not much of a beach but there was plenty of loungers some of which need replacing. The beach area where the loungers are located there were a lot of cigarettes buts scattered about.(everyone smokes here) the sea area looked cloudy, but if you venture further afield the sea is much nicer. All in all, would I stay here again...only if the food and drinks gets a big upgrade and maybe some Mon smoking areas

Wow where do I start with this hotel. If your English you’re not welcome at all. We arived problem with room and was told they would sort it and didn’t so we had to do swap arounds with our group so we could all sleep. We were bitten alive on first night by mosquito bites and bed bug bites literally our legs were covered. We stayed for 10 days and outlet room got cleaned 3 times. No clean towels were changed untill last 3 days of our holiday. We had to steal our own clean towels from the cleaning trolley in the corridors. Rooms were filthy. So many stains on the bedding the mattress and the pillow cases and pillows. Nobody understands English part from the entertainer Mike and another guy that deals with trips and things. No cocktails like stated other than they will add blue and red to your drink. Hardly any other alcohol to choose from as everything asked for they said no don’t have. Broken sun beds when lifted cushion up. Decking round pool was broken in places that we saw a child trip and slice their toe open. The guy who took us to our room asked for a tip and when we said no he stood in the room wouldn’t even leave and when he finally did he said later then. After we reported him didn’t see him for rest of holiday. Reception was useless was not helpful at all .we had to pay for Wi-Fi each per phone which I think was £24 for 10 days each as the lobby Wi-Fi was crap. We were always looked at by other foreign people that was there and the staff like we shouldn’t of been there. Couple of times we were even told we were too loud and was told they couldn’t wait for us to go home. Another English family also had problems while we were there and said same as us. Food was awful as was same everyday and meat was reheated up. People were also que jumping when we were lining up for food. We decided to eat out of hotel in the end. We still tried to make our holiday good as we could and ignored the staff and other people but we would never ever go back to this hotel in fact it’s put me right off the bodrum area.

Me and my family visited this hotel in July 2023, 12 of us in total across 5 rooms. We booked the holiday through Thomas cook. To start with none of us had visited Turkey before this trip, we read a lot of reviews and noticed not many were left by English people so thought it would be good to put our opinion across to help others. Some quick points if you don't have much time. - Do not book an excursion at the hotel and definitely not with someone called carlos -food is not as bad as some reviews may suggest but it is repetitive -some of the staff are pervy and some house keepers will help themselves to your aftershave/perfume -the bell boys will try to sell you a SIM card and expect a tip for openings your room door and turning your tv on, just tell them to leave. -the rooms are okay but as we were spread over 5 we got to see the quality of each room varied quite dramatically. Traffic gets quite bad in bodrum so expect your transfer to take longer if you land at peak time. Our transfers were with a company called holiday taxis they were desk 15 & 16 outside the airport exit, they were ready and waiting so no complaints there, but they told us someone would speak to us at the hotel and to make sure we report to reception at a certain time. This turns out to be someone selling excursions, in our case Carlos. Our advice would be not to book with them. For a start its nearly double the price, the transfer they arrange for you is a very old bus with no aircon and honestly it couldn't do more than 10mph up hill. They'll tell you the transfer is 20 minutes but then put you on a bus that stops at multiple hotels and ends up taking over 1 hour. Outside the hotel there is a bus stop you can get to Bodrum town from here, it takes about 30minutes and cost us 50lira each person each way, they run pretty late and this is where you want to go for fake clothing etc. You can also book excursions here a lot cheaper than the hotel. There is another bus stop just to the side more on the main road that goes to a nice town called turgutreis this one only costs about 15 lira per person each way. This town has some really nice shops, a marina, cheap supermarkets similar to Lidl and aldi and we learned later that you can also get boat trips from here that sound a lot better than those from bodrum so may be worth looking at. Back to the hotel the food was nice just a bit repetitive at times. They have an amphitheatre upstairs and some of the nights put on entertainment for adults which was quite good. The entertainment team specifically Marwin are very nice, he came across a bit annoying at 1st but he's just trying to do his job and is actually a really nice guy making the place a lot of fun. They play games throughout the day that were really good. A few of the waiters around the pool area namely Hasan are quite pervy so watch for that. I had to have a word with them, and it was dealt with but not nice for the girls around the pool. You can get Wi-Fi anywhere
