Nice hotel however had constant issue of staff walking into the room while sleeping, no do not disturb tag i can put on the door so couldn’t ever sleep easily past 8am…

The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. My expectations were fully met, and I left very satisfied with the service.

Underground car park and sufficient space, good breakfast

It was fairly good except the male waiter at the breakfast as I asked him where is the olive oil then he kept saying " si si on the table" and it was not on the table .. it would be better to be more sincere or at least ask his manager if he's not able to speak English , this made me feel bit irritating as he obviously looks annoyed by answering my question all the rest was ok , would select this hotel again if I go Torino

Democrat rates for such great service, breakfast and convenient parking

A good business hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, but for us, the location a bit far from the landmarks and our destination. We went for Juventus Match, and it was a bit far from the Allianz Stadium. You might need to check the location from your destination in Turin. But overall a good hotel.

Warm welcome of desk staffs and English speaker...so no language barrier. Good breakfast, clean and nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Still figuring how trip.com could give me a better quote than IHG for being a member.

Always stay here when having business trips in Turin. Reasonably close to the center and to the suburban area. Subway stops nearby and parking available at place
