We had pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and pillows, towels are super white, despite hotel is not new. Receptionist Leonardo was really helpful and friendly. Hotel location is superb. Oh and breakfasts were full of different choices.

The hotel is located right in front of Porta Nuova station, a strategic location for those who want to explore the city on foot without having to carry heavy luggage. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Upon check-in, they asked us if we would prefer a room with a double bed (instead of two single beds pushed together). Furthermore, since we expressed concern about the noise of traffic and trams, they spontaneously switched us to one on the internal side. The room was truly comfortable and quiet, very spacious, and with a fabulous little terrace! The style is a bit retro but elegant. The hotel also has a spa, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. We didn't choose breakfast, but there are bars and pastry shops a few hundred meters away. I recommend the Pfatish pastry shop and chocolate shop, amazing!

Very nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location. Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful. Despite the €25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates. Personally, I won't be going back.

The location is perfect, right in front of the station. However, the outlets and refrigerator didn't work, which was a problem. I'm not sure if it was worth the price.
