I booked a double room, which can be said to be the largest room I have ever stayed in in Italy, and during the Easter holiday, the price for the first two nights in the early 1000s is very conscientious! I was very flustered at first, because the phone provided by Ctrip couldn’t get through. I asked the customer service later, and I got to the phone to confirm the order. Here I say that the front desk of this hotel is not very good in English. It is best to find a small person who can speak Italian. The partner translated, then confirmed the order, and added a small single bed for free. The hotel's breakfast is completely free and served until ten o'clock in the morning.
🚗 Transportation: The hotel is very close to the downtown square, about 1km, so you can basically walk to the downtown attractions.
🍃Environment: The environment is very good, but the shower room in the bathroom is not very well done. There is a gap in the middle of the partition door of the shower room, so the water will still splash out. Sound insulation problem... The basic sound insulation in Europe is not very good

La hora de entrada al llegar no estaba preparada la habitación y tuve que esperar 1 h. El personal de recepción no se implicó mucho con el idioma Español o hablabas italiano o ni te hacían caso. Great location for sightseeing and dining. Great Italian feel to the hotel. Parking was fabulous as there is no parking in the area. Well worth €18 per day. Piazza restaurants nearby and very close to the Shroud Museum. Breakfast included is a plus. The night receptionist man could do with an attitude adjustment. The rest of the staff were great and pleasant.

It’s completely out dated but it was fine for us for just a night of sleep and to eat something in the morning. If it’s to stay more that this I would consider another option. It was fine to have the possibility to park in front of it but the cost of 18€ it’s expensive

Value for money was ok considering this is a city centre hotel but the hotel was very dated and in need of an uplift. Furniture in room room was cheap value and looked like it was purchased in The 1970’s. Real fast was very poor, no eggs, cheeses or meats. Basically just a choice of a few pastries that didn’t look very appetizing, yogurt, small bread rolls and jam. Had a bread roll which I would guess from texture and taste must have been a week old.
