I stay 3 nights here. I booked for studio comfort type, there are kitchen and microwave. Modern furnished and clean hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. I forgot my hoodie at the restaurant nearby. They help my get back and use lost and found service to send it back to me.
Impressived experience Here. I will come back again.

Very recommended hotel. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station or a 9euro taxi ride. The hotel is beautiful and has an extensive recommendation list of great local restaurants/bars that the hotel owner has personally experienced.

I loved the rooms with a minimal decor, everything you need and most of all wooden floor! I’m not a fan of carpet floors in hotels, always find it not clean… the staff was helpful and kind. Quiet hotel. Beautiful building. Close to restaurants. The only thing to improve would be the breakfast options, not the best.

So charming. It feels home. Outstanding elegant house completely renovated to the best standard and converted into hotel. Close distance from the centre. Very peaceful and charming. Outstanding service and food. Very comfortable rooms

I wanted to love this hotel, but it just didn't work for me. While I love the minimalist aesthetic, it doesn't work if you have suitcases, clothes, towels, etc. The only place to set our suitcases was on a single wobbly luggage rack. Why not have a long, sleek bench to hold at least 2 suitcases? What could we do with our wet towels? Towel racks or hooks in the bathroom would have been so nice. The most inconvenient part was the bathroom, which comprised two components. The toilet was in a small room near the door. The sink and tub were in a completely separate area across the bedroom. So to wash hands after using the toilet, it took an excursion to reach the sink. Designers, please consider that people will want to actually use the room, not just admire it.

The room was fantastic and the location is perfect om a quiet street just a couple minutes to the central area. The breakfast was very good. By far, the best thing was the helpful and friendly staff.

Thoroughly beautiful, excellent taste in everything. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in : the quality of everything was top class : you stay in an historic building with high ceiling, staff is helpful and friendly, and the hotel was close to everythings, right in the centre of the old town. I will go there again anytime

One of the best hotel I've been to! Opera35 is modern and clean, the room was enormous, cozy and very silent (ideal for a good sleep during work days!). It has an internal cortile that you can use when it's good weather. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very central and close to Piazza Vittorio and Po rover, which makes it an ideal place for tourist.
