The only good is the location.
The room is reasonable for it’s size, but higly overpaid. Especially if you look to the condition it is in. The toilet seat is so old, it looks like it came from a student apartment. The remains of yellow all over it, clealy don’t come from how it was once purchased.
For the shower, it is small, dark and has a glass door that barely slides. The worst part is the water though, it just fills up.
The kind of kitchen they have, has some basic pans and plates. But the condition of the kitchen, well see the photos. Not a place to prepare your food.
For the view, if you like it or not, you’ll have it. Since there are no curtains! And there is only light coming in via the door, where you entered.
The promise of clean towels and bedsheets is not executed as promised during the booking. And although everything is paid upfront, they agressively demand you back in to have them check everything when checking out. So there is no quick checkout.
Al together; this is an overpriced and unprofessional location where you won’t see me again!

I liked how well maintained the building is. Modern and simple style with kitchenette. Beds and sheets were impecable. Staff very friendly.

It was a nice place to stay. It is a bedroom with a small kitchen. My only issues were with maintenance. The shower holder was broken, only one of the bulbs in the shaving mirror worked and most surfaces had a greasy feeling because of the kitchen and lack of good cleaning. Stay close to eat and drink, it's nicer and cheaper than heading for the centre.

The structure was ok bit about the cleanless i had a bad experience, towels have been change only 1 time out of 6 days, bed sheet never been changed. The cleaning of apartment was our duty, and is ok, but in all other hotel similar where i staid the changing of towel and bed sheet is done every 2 days ot three times by week.

Really friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Having special requests, because I was with my mother who uses a walker, we found a comfortable, barrier-free and comfortable structure. The room was large and although the structure is in the Turin nightlife district, the soundproofing was good. The neighborhood is excellent for visiting the city and for services. Good value for money. I will definitely be back.

Facility that hosted me and a group of colleagues for a few nights for business reasons. We greatly appreciated all the service provided. Clean rooms and all recently renovated. Very good breakfast service. Very lively area of Turin and close to the main places of interest in the city.

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dal centro, in un quartiere pieno di localini e ristorantini. Si tratta di un edificio a ringhiera molto suggestivo che è stato adattato ad hotel: in particolare noi avevamo una camera quadrupla all'ultimo piano che era praticamente un mini-appartamento con due stanze doppie ed il bagno. Il tutto molto spazioso, ben arredato, confortevole e silenzioso. Colazione a buffet abbastanza ricca, con dolce e salato anche se la sala colazione è un po' piccola. Staff molto gentile. Un appunto sul parcheggio: abbiamo pagato il parcheggio per due giorni iniziando da sabato alle 15 circa, mi sarei aspettata che fossero 48 ore effettive, invece il giorno del checkout abbiamo dovuto spostare l'auto alle 9.30 e di fatto abbiamo dovuto ripagare il parcheggio (alle 15 saremmo comunque ripartiti). In ogni caso, dovessi tornare a Torino sicuramente tornerei qui.
