"First of all, it is worth recognizing the layout and comfort of the hotel room. But as a Hilton hotel, I think it does not meet the conditions. First point: When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel door to help open the door and help with the luggage. Only the receptionist stood in the distance waiting for us, and we had to carry the boxes over many steps to check in. When we finished checking in, the reception desk called a staff member from nowhere to help push the luggage, but the staff member seemed unwilling to help me push the luggage, because he even wanted to push all the suitcases into the elevator where I was and turn around and leave, but he did not succeed because the elevator could not accommodate him. Second point, the room was not cleaned in time. One morning, I hung the card that needed to be cleaned before going out. As a result, when we came back in the afternoon, we found that the room was not cleaned, so we had to go to the front desk to ask please help me clean the room. Third, when we checked out, the front desk system and staff were confused. I paid the full room fee when I booked. When I checked out, the staff asked me to pay the room rate again, which confused me, but she was quickly stopped by her manager."

"Poor cleaning, limescale everywhere in the bathroom and some mold in the grout; the shower leaks (the door doesn't close properly). You can hear everything from the courtyard/breakfast room and the hallway on the first floor. Staff were friendly at reception, but not at all when checking out. I'm actually used to a better standard and service from NH Collection..."

"It's one subway stop away from the train station, a few minutes walk to the subway entrance, and 10-15 minutes walk to the train station. The room and bathroom are large, with complete facilities, good hygiene and service. If you arrive at noon and cannot check in, you can store your luggage for free, but the mattress is a bit soft."

The down side is tram way is so nearby, if your room is facing the Street with windows, the noise from the tram will be there from 6:30 am until 1am."

"The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much."

She says she offers me a good , discounted price for the room if I book it with her directly. Later I find out she charges more. Room is outdated but if the rate is under 50 euro per night, it is worth a try for a short period of stay"
