Very long service at the reception (I was alone at check-in). Two people couldn't handle it. There is no ventilation system in the elevators, it is very stuffy. There are air conditioners in the corridors on the floors, but they are stingy with the temperature. By the time you get through these labyrinths to your room, you will feel sick from the stuffiness. The elevators are dirty. The rooms are cozy. Ironing board and iron in the room. Large bathroom. New furniture. Cheap pillows, it is impossible to sleep. The bed was not made, I just slept under the blanket without a duvet cover. The cleaning in the room was poor. When I checked in, the toilet rim was dirty from the previous client and it was not washed. Good robes (size). The food is very poor. You need to open everything and look, it is not written what is where. The cheapest coffee machine. The service is terrible, you need to go and ask for everything (to set the table, give napkins). There was a closed event in the complex, one evening the entire service staff was there. We stood at the bar for 20 minutes. You have to pay extra for a lot of alcohol. You have to walk from the main pool to the bar yourself, they won't bring you anything. They also opened the umbrellas themselves. The bar is 300 meters from where I was sunbathing by the pool.
