Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

I have been travelling to Turkey for over 25 years and have been to a variety of different hotels. This trip was my first time to Anlaya. We travelled as a family of 4, as two adults and 2 children age 5 and 8 years. The moment we arrived I was impressed with how grand the hotel looked. There was juice, apples, mints and Turkish delight in reception. We were checked in quickly and our bags were taken to our room. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The food at the hotel has been excellent for the whole two weeks we've been here. We have always found something to eat and there is so much choice. The kids buffet was a great idea too. The restaurant staff all work really hard clearing tables and they are very polite. The kids club was very good, again made special by the staff Akin and Martina were excellent with the kids. The Al la Carte restaurant was excellent and again the staff were all friendly and attentive. Our drinks were always really nice and this is the first hotel in Turkey that uses good spirits,all cocktails tasted like they would back home. The entertainment team go out of their way to keep to involved and busy. Jonny and Kayta in particular always make time to check in and make sure everyone is having fun. The people working around the pool don't stop all day collecting glasses and we've never seen dirty glasses or plates being left. The evening entertainment was really good and the kids enjoyed the mini disco, we enjoyed the shows especially the Colombian dancers who were outstanding. The spa was clean and staff here were also really friendly. The guest services team were the best I've ever had on holiday. Nothing was too much for them. One lady discovered it was my birthday and she arranged for the room to be decorated and a small gift was sent. The main man of Numa Bay is Dean from guest services. He walks around all day checking that people are OK and dealing with any requests. He went out of his way to make sure we knew where everything was and what was available as guests. He always has a smile on his face and its clear he is extremely professional and good at his job. We knew if we did have an issue (which we didnt) that Dean was the man to sort it. We heard other guests say exactly the same. We love Numa and will definitely be coming back!!

Wow this is one of the best hotels we have been to, all of the staff are very polite,helpful, and extremely efficient, customer service skills are amazing and they go out of their way to help. The food is amazing. There is more than plenty to choose from throughout the day. We would like to give a big shout out to our cleaner who surprised us with a heart and swans made out of towels and flowers and placed it on our bed. The cleaners are amazing. Also a big shout out for the Annimation team they are amazing, and they provide entertainment daily around the pool side they are fantastic with kids ,there are several activities throughout the day. The kids disco in the evening is great for them and team will get everyone involved. The variety of the evening shows are fantastic for adults they perform professionally they are all amazing.a big shout out also for the security staff on the barrier as you enter the hotel they are very polite and always give us a wave with a smile. Well done numa bay hotel would really recommend this hotel

Returning guests amazing place❤️we absolutely love the Numa bay! Traveling with kids from 5-14 years and so much for them to do! Big shout out to Dean( Steve) who has been absolutely amazing during our returning visit! Definitely an asset to the hotel! As is Victor both go above and beyond! Hotel is so clean Entertainment brilliant! Good and drinks they deserve a Michelin award! You will never go hungry! Or thirsty strong good quality drinks! Coffee bar is amazing Hotel is situated in a beautiful location! The wok house was amazing! Alibabas is brilliant especially the snack service! Beach is beautiful Returning guest party was fabulous and made you feel like family! We really don't want to go home!! We spent 9 days at NUMA Bay Exclusive and honestly—it still didn’t feel like enough! From the very beginning, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and dedication to service were clear in everything they did. A special mention goes to Victor, who stood out with his friendly attitude and willingness to help. The SPA team—Denis, Natali, and Ani—made us feel truly special and pampered. Their professionalism and warmth created an unforgettable experience of relaxation and care. The entertainment team was simply outstanding! Huge compliments to Katia, Amir, Moni, and Johnny for keeping the energy up and smiles on everyone’s faces. They were always cheerful, approachable, and full of positive energy. You could really feel they care about every guest. And the food? It deserves Michelin stars. Every meal was a delight, beautifully presented and full of flavor. I even had the chance to shake the chef's hand—what an honor. Chapeau bas! This place is a gem. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We travelled from Scotland as a family of three on a Jet2 package. The hotel is lovely and clean and the pool areas fantastic. We headed to the pool around 8.30 and their were no loungers available at the main pool but plenty at the splash pool. The pools are close together so this was no problem. The food was great, loads of options and always chefs out cooking fresh. Ice cream lollies available all day. The evening entertainment was good. We did not use the kids club so can't comment. We bought our daughter a t-shirt from the entertainment team. While we dealt with payment our daughter picked the t-shirt picture from a book. When we got it, the words on it were spelt wrong, not even real words. Stitch was 'stinct'. We asked for a replacement and were refused by Bob on the basis that what we got was exactly as was in the book. We acknowledged this but explained our daughter chose the picture and did not know the spelling was wrong. So if you are buying a t-shirt, double check what your children choose! It was 90 mins from the airport on a private transfer. We seen the Jet2 coach arrive about an hour after us so it is a long transfer. We returned on the Jet2 coach and it was just over 2 hours as the driver stopped for a break.

We travelled in July and returned after our first stay to Turkey. We travelled with 2 children. We arrived early hours of the morning as a party of 5 and were given 2 rooms in opposite buildings which wasn't ideal as we had to split the children up, however, the staff kindly moved us into a shared family room the next morning which was very helpful despite being an inconvenience for us to pack up and move on day 1. The staff are amazing here, Victor in the main lobby area is just so lovely and attentive, Ramazan from the pool area was just the most lovely and hard working man and Dean from the Guest Relations Team is an absolute star, hes always visible in resort making sure everything is okay and sharing his wisdom about the Numa Bay and the local area. Positives: + The staff are absolutely amazing here they are so kind, attentive and hard working + Rooms are lovely. Fabulous air conditioning, comfy beds and pillows, TVs in each room and they are cleaned every day + A La Carte - we had a Chinese meal and it was absolutely amazing, however, you need to book asap due to limited availability + Pools and Beach (plenty of sunbeds, most are reserved by 8am around the main pool but there's always some around the smaller children's pool which is close by) + Entertainment - if you like joining in with animation teams etc there's always something to do (water polo, football, darts, water aerobics etc) the shows at night are fabulous and the children's garden party with bouncy castles was amazing. + Snack bar food is amazing *Negatives + The Pool toilets are really smelly and unclean i would not use them. + Pool area is very noisy (music starts pumping at 10am and is on all day and night making it difficult to relax and sleep or read through the day.) Sometimes music and packing up of stages carried on past 12am. If you like an early chilled night or a lie in this will be a problem. + The food is nice there's always something to eat but the restaurant is seriously overcrowded at peak times to the point it puts you off going in. People push and shove and there's just no order at all. The grill area we always had to queue for. We never ate a meal together due to overcrowding and having to save tables and go up individually. There's a nice terrace open at tea time you can utilise which is lovely. Staff up there are lovely. + Queuing for everything. Drinks, food etc. The staff work so hard but there's simply not enough of them. The waffle corner is fantastic but only open a few hours and you'll queue for 20 mins + Slides are only open from 10am until 12pm and 14:00pm until 16:30pm (kids constantly use them despite being closed hence the lifeguard blowing their whistle every 30 seconds to try and stop them, but nobody seems to take any notice) it is a concern as lifeguards are not always present, however, the parents and carers are at fault. + Constant mithering from people around the pool trying to sell things (photographs, massages and spa, ta
