We camped here last week and the toilets to the ladies was not cleaned for at least 3 days. We complained on day 1 and 2 and again on day 3. They were finally cleaned. My wife also said the sanitry bin was full all of this time as well. Compared to last year when we were there it has gone down hill a lot unfortunately.

Sadly after staying at Tuross Lakeside for over 35 years the new management has decided to cut our cabin that we book each year for 2 weeks back to 4 days. Reason we have been given is to give others a chance to stay also and they feel it should be shared! We’re shattered as we have all our family and friends also stay there to enjoy our Christmas holidays together and the same thing has happened to them. The family friendly environment has gone with the new manager’s and it’s so sad for us after enjoying over 35 years here. No way to treat loyal guests!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were so close to the lake, the atmosphere was relaxed and the owners seemed to take great pleasure from seeing the campers enjoying themselves. There is a generous sized pool that is well maintained. On arrival we found that our campsite had a big puddle as there had been very heavy rain the night before. There was no trouble switching to another site when we asked. The owner was also very friendly and helpful when we rang to book in, even though it was in the middle of peak season, she was happy to help. Thanks for a great stay.

Louise was so friendly and helpful . We were given a beautiful lakeside Cabin and watched the sunset from the balcony. So impressed with the whole place that we will be returning , this time with the boat. Thank you Louise!!

Really disappointed with the condition of the cabin. Hole in floor, floors dirty, cooking facilities not safe operational order. Yes, budget cabin but would still expect it to be maintained
