Step off the elevator, into your own living area, with unique elevator access from the parking garage. The large open concept living area gives way to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and green space below, with a great view of the ocean just beyond the pool. Spend your mornings on the terrace, or take a stroll along the shoreline to watch the sun come up over the ocean.The spacious living area includes comfortable seating with a large flat-screen TV. The open living and dining area consists of a table for 6, and the kitchen has a large center island. Gather around the expansive island with bar seating for 6 in the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need for your vacation, including a Keurig Duo coffee maker. Just off the living room is the spacious Master Suite that has tons of natural light and a huge private bathroom. The bedroom features a King size bed and a flat-screen TV and lots of windows that look over the pool and beach. The en suite bathroom is complete with a large built-in dressing area, dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, and a separate shower. There are two additional bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top and Queen on bottom) and a separate twin bed and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.Parking is available for two cars. There is one reserved numbered space in the parking garage, plus one parking space, unreserved either in the garage or outside of the garage. You can have a total of 2 cars on the premises. The building is private, with secure entry through the garage bay door. WiFi is included for your personal streaming.Extras included: pack and play, high chair, 10 beach towels, 8 “vintage” style beach chairs ( not reclining), boogie boards, 1 skim board, pool noodles, beach toys.This condo is cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay with special attention spent on doorknobs, light switches and anything touched by hands. The elevator takes you from the parking garage, directly into your unit. Once inside, enjoy the updated kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. We offer small touches such as Welcome Gift Bags, a few bottled waters and a snack basket and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very spacious with enough beds for 10. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are two bunk beds tucked away in a hallway, hideaway. Kids love it!!The condo is also handicapped accessible. The elevator takes you directly into the unit so there are no stairs. The master bathroom is equipped with bars for the shower, tub and toilet.Entire condo and private community pool.We are always available to meet you or to answer any questions.Great location, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything!Walking distance to everything. Bikes and golf carts also are a fun way to get around. The island also has several local taxi companies the are extremely reasonable.**Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. You are allowed TWO parking spaces at this complex. There are no options for more vehicles. There is paid street parking available.A few other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.We provide beach towels, but we do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas due to storage space. You can rent both on the beach during the peak season or from Tim's Bikes & Beach Gear Rentals all year round. This unit is available for long term rentals during the off season-Dec. 2023-March 2024.
