Does the job
The Hotel is ok to good, the staff certainly raise the level. Rooms could certainly do with a refresh, the bathroom is straight out of the 80’s but kept clean. Bedroom windows wouldn't lock, and had gaps that let a lot of noise through.
Food was good and varied enough.
Overall a pleasant enough stay

Booked a deluxe room from Dec 29th to 3rd January, the stay was pleasant, the staff friendly and helpful, the room, well that was an experience, no hot water after 9am as they turned it off,why ,I don't understand, so that alone, be very prepared to arise early from the bed,now the breakfast was a good choice of buffet with hot and cold foods, juices and fruits, on the other hand, the restaurant at night, the service was really slow, and, it can make you get fed up,eat out instead, new years eve celebrations were really nice ,and I would stay again..

The swimming stuff by the name Andrew was rude after I tried helping one guy from drowning. He didn't make any effort to help. If that's the kind of treatment one gets, I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this hotel's swimming pool with Andrew still there.
