Ótimo quarto, cama excelente, café da manhã podia ser melhor. A frequência com uma turma imensa de uniformizados tumultuou o ambiente. Aquela refeição tranquila que estamos acostumados pela manhã não foi possível. O turma barulhenta!

Quartos nao tem qualquer isolamento acustico. Se você tem sono leve, fuja deste hotel. Escolha um quarto e o barulho que desejar: Rodovia, Recepção, Garagem, Garagem de Caminhões. Se tiver hospedes tambem barulhentos, não conte com os funcionários do hotel para obrigarem a ficarem em silencio.

Hotel de fácil acesso, bem próxima da rodovia. Muito limpo e organizado. Quarto confortável e apesar de ser próximo a BR não ouvi barulhos e consegui descansar bem. O café da manhã com bastante variedades e tudo bem fresquinho e gostoso.

A avaliação não é referente a estrutura do hotel, mas ao posicionamento deles referente um preço passado errado, onde foi passado para o procon que teve um posicionamento de que eles deveriam honrar e quando os hóspedes voltaram o hotel para a segunda diária foram impedidos de se hospedar novamente.

Hotel muito bom, limpeza impecável,funcionários muito atenciosos. Só passamos a noite para descansar e seguir viagem,a localização é ótima para isso, porque o hotel fica perto da estrada. Só aconselho a não pegar um quarto no térreo, por causa do barulho de manhã.

Na manhã do dia do meu check-in recebi uma msg do recepcionista Jorge, me orientando com todos documentos necessários, me anexando o cardápio do jantar, me indicando os horários do café da manhã, achei isso um diferencial do hotel, pois como fiz a reserva com uma certa antecedência, já sai da minha cidade sabendo que chegaria em Uberaba e que já estava tudo certo. Chegando lá o atendimento excepcional, hotel super limpo, quarto amplo com ótima roupa de cama e banho, jantar super gostoso, com atendimento ótimo do garçom. Super solícito para esquentar a mamadeira do meu bebê. No check-out tive um problema de duplicidade de pagamento que foi rapidamente sanado. Recomendo o hotel, ótimo para pernoitar em viagens mais longas, ambiente super familiar e seguro.
