Very warm staff. The property was extremely beautiful especially the environment around. The housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and Mr pintu and Mr dilkhush took care of all our needs and delivered excellent service serving all our needs

Very far away from the main city in a distant and lonely village. No transportation and very difficult to visit udaipur things if you don't have personal car. Feels very lonely and deserted here and nothing is available outside. Housekeeping staff is useless, no training and slow and unresponsive replies. They dont even make up the room next day if you stay for more than one day. The breakfast buffet had no spread and only 2-3 items. Except bread and some fixed items like milk or juice, there were only 1-2 main course items. Filling stomach felt difficult in that case. Definitely not a 5 star resort experience considering such an expensive price. Checkout time was 12pm but they started calling from 11 am saying checkout soon, when I told the time is 12pm they started arguing with me. Overall had very bad experience here and will recommend to stay in properties located in city centre with more trained and working staff.

The property is close to railway station and railway track , so get ready for a noisy stay ! 1) when I entered in my room , it was full of mosquitoes and plunge pool was full of dirty muddy water with mosquitoes. Explanation was that today they forgot to clean the room ! 2) I had to call at least three times and wait for one hour to get the water bottle and after all these some SHUKHMANI from reception called and Informed that there was one water cooler near my room and I can directly get water from that by my own 3 ) due to some electrical problem, we had electricity cutdown for half an hour in my room 4) food is ordinary, service is pathetic

Very very average hotel. We were booked for 3 nights through a travel site( makemytrip) . Dirty bathrooms. Checked out after first night. Room was cold with no hot water, no hangers to hand clothes. Showed this to Manager. When we asked for room service, was told not available. This is a upgraded dhaba style Hotel , not a luxury hotel. Did not get refund for unused stay. Avoid staying here .
