This resort provided a truly dreadful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unhelpful and seemed completely disengaged. It felt as if they were doing me a favor by simply being there, rather than providing any semblance of service. Orders were taken begrudgingly, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail throughout the entire meal. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. It lacked flavor and freshness, tasting bland and uninspired. Dishes arrived lukewarm, and the presentation left much to be desired. It's clear that neither the kitchen nor the front-of-house staff are prioritizing quality or customer satisfaction. Given the subpar service and unappetizing food, I cannot recommend this establishment. Save your money and dine elsewhere.

Excellent location, reception staff very cordial, ample and safe parking, incredible views from every corner, peace and calm for perfect meditation. Only restaurant service were pathetic. To get breakfast i had to wait for 2 hours.

Property and ambience is very fine Food and staff service is very good Highly recommended for stay Shakti villas by trulyy is well manged and looks like brand new property, we are 2 couples with childs, we stayed here for 2 night and 3 days It is recommended property for families and couples

Stayed with family, it was a great experience. Staff is very helpful, specially at reception. Everyone was greeting with smile and helped with smallest of things when needed. Special mention to Pintoo who made sure that rooms are big enough for kids.

Very warm staff. The property was extremely beautiful especially the environment around. The housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and Mr pintu and Mr dilkhush took care of all our needs and delivered excellent service serving all our needs
