Director/Manager Yesterday ( 12/6/25) we 8 friends visited.Among 8 friends there were 2 friends were members of your Resort. Food was delicious but services of was very poor.and moreover staff behaviour was very bad.We all members decided not to visit in future and not to advise anyone.

After a long drive from Himachal/Spiti Valley way back to Gujarat Tatsaraasa was the best break and stay needed. The property is rejuvenating and peace/calm to take out all your stress. The staff is very friendly and always on there feet to help you out with anything. Morning Breakfast is one of the best part @tatsaraasa. Mr. Nafis (Manager) was very friendly, polite and humble person to talk to. Other staff members Nadim, Bhagirath, Farman, Kiran, Prem,... All other staff are very friendly and polite to make your stay a best experience. A must visit property if you finding a place to relax and have a scenic gaze towards a beautiful lake and sunset.

Beautiful rooms, serene views, delicious food, cooperating staff, nice room service, fun loving activities and a very picturesque place to enjoy with friends and family and have a quality time with a stunning pool view and some nice karaoke.

Awful hotel Broken hairdryer that had melted with the heat and Damaged 2 pin plug that was a electrical hazard of electrocuting one self The safe provided was not working I had 3 people in my room trying to sort out problems until past midnight upon which I had to ask them to leave as we had a long journey and were exhausted Phone bleeping and light blinking all the time 12.20am knock on door for housekeeping !which we never requested Bathroom very dirty No hot water 10.00pm no food on arrival to the hotel and check in although the dining facilities should close at 10.30pm Floor was dirty and dusty Balcony light was on all night unable to switch off Bathroom lights were not working,we could not switch them off,past midnight called engineer who cut the wire off so we had no light at all in bathroom! We were moved to the floor above The room was again very dusty and dirty No hot water Television not working Overall the whole place is rundown and needs a good refurbishment Staff were very dismissive Food was Luke warm Limited fruit available I would class this place as a 2 star hotel The hotel manager texted me and was rude to a point I said this will be addressed by tour agent

Very nice service. Kishore was very kind and made sure our dine in experience was great. We celebrated our anniversary and we were served a delicious complementary dessert. Food was good too we ordered Ala carte…………………………………………………………..

Had a great time here..a calm stay spent in nature surrounding resort! Staff was caring .. miss Kiran was so good by nature...each and every staff was so courteous...We enjoyed so much here... this was our 3 rd visit...

★☆☆☆☆ RUINED OUR FAMILY CELEBRATION — SHOCKINGLY POOR SERVICE We stayed at TatSaraasa Resort & Spa, Udaipur for 2 nights with 5 lake view rooms to celebrate a very special occasion — my wife and son's birthday. We had high hopes, but this resort completely destroyed what should have been a beautiful, unforgettable family moment. Despite giving clear instructions multiple times for a birthday cake with a message and specific timing, nothing was done. No cake. No effort. No apology. They ruined a memory we were genuinely looking forward to. On top of that, the experience was disastrous from every angle: Electricity was missing in some rooms for 2 to 4 hours, with zero urgency to fix it. Bathrooms were smelly and unhygienic, with no bath essentials or room fresheners. Bathtubs were unusable props — not stocked or cleaned. Cleaning staff arrived unprepared and told us to arrange our own materials. Absolutely unacceptable! Food was bland, cold, and not even close to the quality expected at this price. Staff was careless and disinterested, even when we brought up serious concerns. Yes, the location is beautiful, but the resort is an overpriced scam wrapped in scenery. They charge 5-star prices and deliver 1-star service — at best. If you're planning a celebration or expecting even basic hospitality, AVOID THIS PLACE. It’s a complete waste of money, time, and most importantly — your special moments.
