We stayed in this resort for three nights from 24th to 27th Dec in Premium Room number 516 on 4th floor. The size of room was quite spacious and big. The room was clean. The bathroom size was also quite spacious and clean. As a bonus, it also had bath tub:-). All the staff including housekeeping, restaurant and front desk were very helpful, friendly and providing very prompt service. Buffet breakfast was of good quality and taste ***** with wide variety. However, the breakfast was served on 1st floor which was just a plain hall having plastic tables and chairs. Location of this resort was good as it meant that we were out of hustle-n-bustle of Udupi city. The distance of this resort from the nearest beach was just 15 minutes walk. The interior of the room and the hotel was dated. The rooms need painting. The furniture in the room such as wardrobe, cupboard etc needs polishing. The lobby in the reception area also had ***y patches of leakages and faded painting. Overall, this resort is in need of immediate refurbishing. They had provided Kettle and coffee mugs. But there was no tea bags/coffee/sugar sachets. I asked for the same to the reception but they said they can't provide the same. I also requested for hand towel, for which I got the same response from reception. Finally, since we stayed here during Christmas season, the price being charged was 2.5 times of normal rates. The price didn't justify the points I mentioned above. Unfortunately, for me it didn't turn out to be value for money.

Aryaan Resort is the perfect spot for families with kiddos. You can relax knowing your little ones are in a safe and secure environment. The pool and waterpark are epic, and your kids will love the indoor and outdoor games. The rooms are roomy and comfy, and the food is scrumptious with super accommodating restaurant staff. The staff is so friendly and loves families with kids, and the resort has a laid-back and fun atmosphere. Overall, Aryaan Resort is an amazing place to create memories and have a blast with your fam bam!

Aryaan Resort is a great choice for women traveling with friends. The resort offers a safe and secure environment with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities are fantastic. Nice hotel with delicious food. Hotel has pub,game zone and the best part is water park. we enjoyed a lot . will recommend to our friends. Best hotel to spend quality time and holiday with family specially with kids

This is the worst hotel stay I have had in my life so far.. If I have an option, I will rate this hotel minus 5 star (-5 star).. We had called the hotel for booking of 2 rooms.. The hotel confirmed that 2 rooms were available but when we reached the hotel there was only one room and they said the second room was getting ready in 15 mins.. It was 9 PM at this time.. Even after 3 hours they were not able to give the second rooms and kept saying 15 more mins.. And after having a big fight in the hotel they gave the second room.. When I entered the rooms I can say my servant’s room are better than what they had given.. The room was not cleaned at all.. The bedsheet were not changed.. It was smelly and felt disgusting.. We had on other options but to spend that night there as it was already 12 AM.. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.. It will be better to spend the night in your car than in this Hotel..!!
