Tenuta de l'Annunziata - Natural Relais

I don’t understand the 4.3 rating of the hotel. Tenuta is truly SPLENDID! The beautiful building of the hotel is located in a green hill with magnificent views. We stayed in a super clean and spacious room with private balcony, sofa and equipped with a coffee maker so that you can enjoy the views with a nice espresso! Also the spa area was very relaxing with a large indoor swimming pool, 2 saunas and 2 hammams if i remember correctly. Finally we enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner, especially the dinner was well prepared, excellent flavors , tasty wine and very elegant decor! I will surely return! Ps: i could use a soap bar in the room’s bathroom

The hotel has nice spa - wonderful pool and suna area. breakfast is excellent - the dinner (paid) we excellent - room is clean and - staff are friendly. It is in the nature nothing near the hotel.the village is about 10 min down the mountain. Good for relaxation

The place was misleadingly advertised on *******, especially the Pool & Spa is not included! Moreover, the hotel does not provide handsoap in their rooms, the double bed was rather uncomfotable due to an uneven mattress and the room was full of blinking lights to operate the "smart-home" functionalities. All in all, the main concern of the hotel staff seems to focus on the imposition of additional charges for anything that does not qualify as "life support". Seriously, not even an ibis budget hotel charges you with extra fees for orange juice for breakfast! On the other hand, the installations and furnishing were top-class and everything was perfectly clean.

I didnt like that I had to pay for swimming if i didnt use the spa (€40pp). Staf in the restaurants was underperforming and the manager was rude. send a salade back that didnt have dressing containing large chunks of raw carrot and other ingredients, not in standard Manager didnt agree. Spa staff was perfect.

Amazing nature, view and peacefulness. Property is beautiful and great service.

Highly recommend, the team were professional, helpful, polite and welcoming. Location is peaceful with a wonderful view, definitely would return. Tenuta De L'Annunziata - Natural Relais keep up this level of customer service and maintenance of the property. Thank you for an amazing 6 days

Restaurant ok but nothing special. First course lasagne faraona was good, the duck not at all up to the expectations cheese plater boring. Rooms are lovely, surroundings beautiful. Reception not welcoming. Somebody should be at he entrance to welcome guests not not just sitting behind the desk

We have been to Tenuta L'Annunziate several times before but would not return any longer. We usually reserve directly through the hotel site but at this occasion, our friend had done the booking with *******. It's not clear when booking through ******* that the wellness centre is not included but we had to pay 60 Euros per person for using the sauna/pool for 4 hours. This is ridiculously expensive and we did not go for the wellness centre. My partner and friend arrived before me and when entering the hotel with my luggage, the reception started shouting that the second person should be registered and that a supplement should be paid (while we had booked a double room). The way how the reception manager was raising her voice to us (and we remained very calm...) was simply not acceptable. When receiving the bill, they first wanted to charge 100 Euros per night for the supplement. After complaining, they reduced this amount by half. It gives unnecessary stress. The rooms have now become outdated. The matrass is no longer good and the pillows are rock hard. The hotel has also become extremely economical with shower gel and other utilities. On the positive side, the breakfast is very good. The restaurant is also very good but ordering à la carte is probably not a good option (very expensive for very small portions). Overall, with the most latest experience, I would definitely not return to Tenuta L'Annunziata. I understand now why their ratings (on Tripadvisor and other booking sites) have decreased a lot.
