Excellent rooms and mind blowing food spread, only matched by the warm and courteous service. specially mentioning Miss Vandana and sarita for converting a buffet spread into a table serviced sumptuous dinner. Room was massive in size and i really wonder why this hotel is given only three stars instead of a deserving 4 star

Excellent Hospitality services and staff. Very polite and helpful staff. Food in Aroma restaurant is great. Reception people helped in getting around the locations and all temples. Will stay again when ever coming to Ujjain again.... Jai Mahakal

The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and promptly guided us to our table, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. Our server, GAURAV, was the epitome of professionalism and warmth. They provided insightful recommendations, attentively refilled our glasses, and ensured that each course was delivered with perfect timing. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel truly valued.

Room service and hotel staff is really very good I came here only for main ujjain temple but when I saw the hotel I really enjoyed here and it doesn’t even felt like that I was out of my town and it was really very helpful because we got the best and fresh food here in aroma
