Excellent rooms and mind blowing food spread, only matched by the warm and courteous service. specially mentioning Miss Vandana and sarita for converting a buffet spread into a table serviced sumptuous dinner. Room was massive in size and i really wonder why this hotel is given only three stars instead of a deserving 4 star

Excellent Hospitality services and staff. Very polite and helpful staff. Food in Aroma restaurant is great. Reception people helped in getting around the locations and all temples. Will stay again when ever coming to Ujjain again.... Jai Mahakal

Great food and great ambience as well, nice staff and the quality of the food was great. Would love to come again here abs try some of the continental food. The staff was also very caring and the food came on time. The food can be a tad bit spicier tho

Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The ambience was calm, elegant, and perfectly maintained — ideal for a relaxing getaway. The highlight, however, was the exceptional dining experience. Chef "Vahid " was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. His food was not only delicious and beautifully presented, but also prepared with the highest standards of hygiene and quality. His personal attention to guests made every meal feel special. We were also warmly welcomed by *Poonam, a trainee hostess, whose friendliness and professionalism stood out. Despite being in training, she showed great potential and added a lovely personal touch to our experience. With such a great atmosphere, outstanding food, and caring staff, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
