Urgoo Hotel

Stayed 3 nights with my wife. I heard that hotels in Ulaanbaatar, even luxury hotels, have inconveniences such as weak water supply and hot water not coming out immediately, but this hotel was also the same. It took 3-15 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Times changed from day to day. There was also rust in the water, and it smelled of iron and turned pale red. After running water for about 3 minutes, the smell of iron disappeared. Furthermore, all outlets were disabled on the first day of our stay. It was restored immediately after responding to the reception, but at first I was impatient. I was caught up in this kind of inconvenience, but maybe because I was prepared in advance, it was only inconvenient for the first two hours or so. The room was large and it was OK to leave the suitcase open. There were about 4 outlets, so we could use the dryer while charging our phones. The staff at the reception and the attached restaurant could speak broken English, so I didn't have a big problem. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. In addition, we were able to arrange a car (or maybe it was a white taku?) that will pick you up between the airport and the hotel. At 100,000 Turg (4,500 Yen) one way, it was 50% more than a regular white taxi, but it was cheap enough to buy peace of mind. The accommodation fee was about 10,000 yen per night, even though it was not at its peak. I used a VISA credit card. It was a 3-minute walk to Sukhbart Square, and there were several restaurants around, so it was a very convenient location. This hotel is recommended.
