Terrible Experience - Overpriced with Hidden Fees
I recently stayed at this hotel and had the most disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The room was nothing like the pictures online—outdated furniture, a musty smell, and a dirty bathroom with stains on the walls.
To top it off, they asked for a $50 deposit upfront, which was not mentioned when I booked the room. It felt like a hidden fee, and they didn’t explain the purpose of it or when I could expect to get it back. After a horrible night of barely any sleep, I was eager to leave, but the deposit process was just another headache.
Honestly, I expected much better for the price I paid. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room is very clean and well-equipped. The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. The service staff are warm, thoughtful and very professional. Recommended!
I loved this hotel because the staff were so universally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was just lovely. I had two great meals there. Good value for money too. My one big complaint is the room was way too hot. It was 33°C. The air conditioning didn't work. The only advice I could be given was open the window. The 3 inches it opened. Nothing worked and it did make sleep difficult. Such a shame as it puts me off rebooking for October when I go again. There is an excellent ”Walking Street” opposite the hotel with restaurants and bars, so I'll be sad to change to a different hotel. Fix the room temperature, please!
The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too.
Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem .
But overall, I would still stay here again
Мы снимали номер бутик-люкс , всё замечательно, всё понравилось. Было всё необходимое , посуда хорошая и много. Будем рекомендовать друзьям. Хозяева быстро отвечают на вопросы, приятно с такими сотрудничать.

This is my first time in Ulaanbaatar. I am not very clear about the hotel standards here. If it is judged by domestic standards, it is definitely not up to standard. It is called a four-star hotel, but it is not even a domestic economic chain hotel.
1. There is no peephole in the door. My colleague encountered a stranger knocking on the door in the middle of the night. The next day, I asked the front desk, but they did not let me see the surveillance camera, saying it was broken. Then they said it was his staff. Whose staff knocked on the door in the middle of the night?
2. The towels are torn and there is a strong odor.
3. There are few varieties of breakfast. As for the bad taste, I will not mention it, after all, the lifestyle is different.
4. There is a railway across the road.
5. The market price is about 60 yuan cheaper than Ctrip. If there is no domestic reimbursement requirement, just contact the hotel to book a room, and there are rooms at any time.

Location: Located near the center of Ulaanbaatar. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Central Department Store and about a 25-minute walk to Sukhbaatar Square, making it within walking distance while exploring the city. There's a small supermarket on the first floor, making it convenient for buying heavy items like drinks. The room is on the third floor, but there's an elevator.
Staff: The staff are all very friendly. They're all women, so they're reliable. They'll even arrange separate rooms for men and women upon reservation, so even solo female guests can stay comfortably. I highly recommend this apartment. One staff member is also always on the same floor, even overnight, so there's no need to worry. The staff speaks English, so socializing is also a breeze.
Facilities: There are four shared toilets and showers, so you can use them without any problems. The kitchen is also available, making it convenient for those staying long-term who want to cook their own meals. Thick hotel-quality face towels are provided. Hair dryers are also available. Soap is provided, but you will need to bring your own shampoo and other essentials.
This hotel is popular with Korean guests and seems to have few Japanese guests, but it offers a good balance of location, service, and facilities, making it a great choice for Japanese people looking to keep accommodation costs down.

I stayed in this apartment for 4 days. Everything matches the photos and description on the website. It should be mentioned that the Russian-speaking owner Tsogo was constantly in touch with Russia itself. On the way to UB, he sent links to places to visit. Upon arrival, he added links to significant places and to the attractions that we wanted to visit with our family. A very friendly person. When booking for 2 days or more, the price changes downwards. Near the house there is a grocery market with everything you need and an inexpensive canteen with very tasty food. There is a ”convenience store” where you can buy everything you need. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. There is parking. The apartment itself has everything you need, a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, oven, stove, electric kettle and dishes. I recommend this apartment for living. Special thanks to the owner Tsogo! I will be in Ulaanbaatar again - I will stay with him. I will also recommend him to my friends. Unfortunately, we did not take photos, so only screenshots from the video.
