Onsen Premium Suites @ Tambun Ipoh

Spoiled my holiday mood. In malay they called it ‘kena sidai’. Pagi2 dah whatsapp pasal deposit n rules semua. No issue at all. They said cant check in early. Ok im good. The replied will send all the details password etc etc after 3pm? Or half an hour before arrival. Well as my understanding, the check in time is at 3pm. At least they should provide all the details to the customer at 2.30pm onwards, BEFORE 3pm. Thats no ONE. I whatsapp them again at 3.17 saying that im on my way to tambun. Roughly around 1hr before arrival. Luckily i stopped nearby to tapau my food around 35mims. After then i text them again hello. N the admin replied just hello? Im not sure that is auto replied or what but im sure the one who whatsapp me first early in the morning is a human. Text them again saying to reach tambun in 20mins less. But no replied! Until i arrived still no replied. Luckily second trying of call them someone picked up and ask to wait the details. Hello since 3.17pm text them about my eta but no one replied my text! Finally at 4.54 pm they send me the details and apologise due to the technical issue. But the damage has been done. At least the management can reach customers using others numbers. In my understanding everything is in the system. When i request for early checkin atleast by 1 or 2pm they said cannot but the drag my checkin in time is it okay??? Almost 2hours from the checkin time. At 5.03pm only we just collect the keycard. Such a terrible experience + terrible management

The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.

The apartment location is confusing, owner need to closely look who cleans the apartments as sheets were dirty and furniture not clean properly. Easy check in and rest is good except not having a mirror in the bathroom.

Walking distance to Sunway Lost World water park and hot spring. Need transport to ipoh town. Our unit overseeing nice view of water park. Recommend to stay here for leisure and holidays

Never stay here! 8 reasons I wrote to them: #1. You said check in time is 3pm but we waited till 3.12pm for you to come back to us on the QR code. By right you should have given ample time prior before 3pm for us to complete the check in process so that we can get into the apartment by 3pm. What a waste of our time. 😡 #2 We thought this is a hotel stay when we booked through Trip.com. The name Onsen Premium Suites @ Tambun Ipoh is so misleading. We thought its a hotel stay but turn out to be a apartment with no service at all. If we knew this is Sunway Onsen Suite, we wouldn't have book. #3. The locker is so so difficult for senior people like us to see. Please la, have some sense on this. We couldn't unlock the post box for the keys & needed help from the security guard. #4. For goodness sake, provide a tray in the bathing area for us to place the toiletries. We have to put it on the floor & bend down to get stuffs when bathing. You really have no sense of service. #5. We nearly fell while bathing because of the slippery floor. Please la provide bathroom floor mat for safety reason. #6. For goodness sake fix a mirror above the toilet basin. This is a basic requirement in a toilet. I have to run to the room for the mirror to shave everytime. 😡 And the floor was wet when doing that. Guna la otak! #7. This is the only mirror in the whole apartment & please la fix a light above the mirror. So dark! Can't hardly see myself in the mirror. Mana otak you! 😡 #8. We whatsapp called your mobile so many times but you never bothered to pick our call. Come on. Don't be so rude. 😡 We requested for a clean towel. If this is not part of the service, let us know quick la. We waited & waited

nice place and clean.. great location and have big swimming pool.. i will come back again
