Ifuru Island Resort Maldives - 24-Hours Premium All-Inclusive

This is a true review that comes straight from my heart and is not 1% sponsored. Ifuru Resort is a 5-star luxury resort rated 100 out of 100 that I highly recommend. The facilities, underwater environment, restaurant, bar, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, and beauty of the island were all excellent. There are no water villas, but the beach villa is very close to the beach. As soon as you enter the water, you can see colorful corals and giant clams, and the house reef is close and great. We snorkeled every day and had long free swims with turtles, eagle rays, and black tip sharks. It's like this even if you just go out in front of the beach villa instead of taking a paid excursion. First of all, Ifuru Resort, newly opened in 2023! Located in Raa Atoll, Maldives, we traveled by seaplane + speedboat. Since it's a new resort, there aren't many reviews, so I was worried and decided to refer to the resort's official Instagram and YouTube introductions. Among Koreans, we seemed to be the first to visit. When I actually went there, it was a 5-star resort so great that I could give it 100 out of 100! Stylish and luxurious room conditions and facilities (even the hair dryer is Dyson), truly warm and friendly staff (I still really miss Ari, Rocky, angel, Juli, Nikki, Quineee, kuva, Rudy isuru, muni, RN Adhla) , Mode, a very kind female employee at the waterfront restaurant who always had her hair neatly braided (I suddenly can't remember her name), and Rochelle, a very kind and warm general manager, who remembered and looked after each and every resort customer, and cared for and loved the employees. We were impressed by the appearance, and the resort staff were very courteous and friendly, as if they were guests invited to their own home, and they did their best to take care of us. That's why we really want to go to Ifuru Resort again. I still look at videos and photos taken at Ifuru every day.

We have just arrived home from our 10 day honeymoon at Ifuru island! And all I can say is WOW! This place is absolutely beautiful and is peace and tranquility at its finest. The staff cannot do enough for you from the second you get there to the moment you leave, nothing is to much! Our buddy jeeko was fantastic and there wasn’t anything he didn’t do for us even on his day off! The food is incredible and some of the best food I’ve eaten! The waterfront restaurant does a set menu and wine pairing on Friday evening and it is absolutely sensational. The palm grill is also fantastic to with beautiful meats! Each night in the buffet is also different and they even do a bbq night it’s amazing! The freshness and variation of the food in there is amazing and some of the best “buffet” food we’ve ever had it’s amazing!! We came in September taking a chance on the weather and we are so glad we did it didn’t rain once was perfect the whole time and clear skies was picturesque to say the least! There are plenty of trips you can do ranging in different prices and things to suit everyone we did the manta trip and wildlife trip and it was 10/10 !! The cleanliness is amazing and the little touches from the room staff in the evening made us smile every time we came to bed! The personal touches were fantastic. There really isn’t much you can fault with this place! The only thing I would advise ( especially to some brits!) is to take some snacks from home in your suitcase, there isn’t a shop with crisps or snacks and we like this on holiday and really missed it! So take some extra goodies with you incsss you want them at night haha! But apart from that I can’t fault it, the food, the drinks and cocktails , the people and the facilities are spectacular and it really was our most perfect honeymoon ever! Thank you team!!

First time on Maldives, and Ruveen, pizza chef makes the best pizza on Maldives, you have to try it on Ifuru Island! And he will also make a pizza by your request 😎 awesome stuff Recommended it!!

Had a truly amazing time on ifuru island in the Maldives. Couldn’t fault anything. We had an amazing buddy called Monika who was there everyday to answer any questions and book anything you wanted to do. The beaches are pristine and the sea was a lovely blue, there were plenty of fish to see when snorkelling off the island. There were also plenty of trips you could go on. A shout out to Kai who was really knowledgeable and friendly on the trips we went on. Our room was cleaned every day and they even came back in the evening to see if there was anything needed doing. Thank-you to Sojin. The food was lovely in all 3 restaurants and the drinks were lovely whether it was a cocktail or a mocktail. The staff were lovely and attentive and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. A truly memorable holiday.

Ifuru Island Resort is undeniably a lengthy trek (from Australia) but absolutely worth the journey if only for the thrill of the seaplane transfer to and from Male Velana Airport! This incredibly scenic flight is not only a lot of fun, but really the only way to appreciate the astonishingly beautiful Maldivian islands and atolls. Outstanding! The resort itself is well-equipped and well-serviced by super attentive staff who are genuinely keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Its target is blatantly mass-market luxury and its aim is spot on... probably too large to be a classed as a boutique hotel, but certainly with that sense of intimacy. A truly magical blend. Our room, a Sunset Beach Villa with Pool, was kept spotless by our amazing house-keeper, Tharaka, whose brilliantly-clever and humorous towel art was a daily delight. The pool area is set back a little from the beach and adequately screened by vegetation from neighbours and beach walkers - it’s not completely private, if total seclusion is important to you, but does offer a more than acceptable level of privacy without compromising the amazing view from the room to the beach and the stunning clear water beyond. The dining experience as far as food quality, presentation and preparation goes is high-end 5 star in that the chefs and kitchen staff know what they’re doing and excel at their craft. However, here comes my very tiny, very minor and very personal gripe. I am not a fan of buffet style meals and assumed (wrongly), when I booked 11 months ago, I’d have unlimited access to the two à la carte restaurants on site and be able to leisurely choose when and where to dine. It seems, though, these à la carte options get heavily booked. So, even before our arrival, our restaurant allocation had (annoyingly) been pre-arranged for us and did include some ‘stand up, queue up and get it yourself’ evenings. To be fair, the Social House buffet is of excellent quality and I really have no valid complaint at all... apart from not being able to choose not to eat there. But, if buffet meals are your preference, you’ll certainly be in dining heaven. If it’s not your preference, look, it’s not going to spoil your holiday and it may even change your mind a little! Now, to completely counter this minor gripe and to highlight the level of guest-focus you can expect, our extremely proficient buddy, Monica, went out of her way to remedy my grumble and was able to re-arrange our restaurant bookings - so we did enjoy mostly à la carte meals for the remainder of our stay. Ifuru Island gets outstanding reviews on this and other platforms, all of which are well-earned and well-deserved. Because of these reviews, I had high expectations prior to my visit and my expectations were overwhelmingly exceeded. Actually, my only disappointment was having to leave. But to leave on a speedboat, out to a waiting seaplane! What could be better than that! Yes, I thoroughly recommend Ifuru Island Resort. It doe
