Hampton Inn Linden

Everything very clean and organized, good smell, the pool was closed, but it is because of the cold season. Many shopping centers nearby and a super market open 24 hours.

Was there just to sleep and didn't get to take advantage of any of the amenities. It is pretty convenient to EWR and the Plaza where it is located has some shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent customer service, room was clean, the smell was nice and the breakfast was really nice.

Good hotel For business trip

Great stay. Love the renovations. Having breakfast option available is nice & good variety. Will be returning to this location on the next trip in the area

Everything was good about the stay including check-in/check-out, cleanliness, amenities, parking, morning breakfast, surrounding area. The only painful experience my family and I had to deal with was toilet choking twice on last couple of days of our stay and it was so frustrating and annoying when no maintenance staff showed up even after making 2 calls in the interval of 30-40 mins. To make things even worse it started flooding in the bathroom and I had to walk to front desk to convey urgency of the situation, and here comes the worst part when I asked front desk staff for an immediate help on this which he communicated to the maintenance staff who was passing by and heading towards elevator, the staff rudely and bluntly said I have to wait. I was so upset and conveyed my displeasure by saying this is not what I expected. If this was taken care on my initial couple of calls, this would have made it much easier as it wasn't flooding at that time, but the maintenance personnel only showed up after an hour when the entire bathroom floor was completely flooded and covered with stinky & smelling toilet water. This is a nightmare and worst experience and last thing you would want on your family vacation.

The room single king; was nice. And the bed comfortable. The water was really hot. Tv nice and big. The location is nice because its walking distance to the shopping plaza next door..even has a supermarket and Amc movies as well as sevral restaurants. The breakfast in the Am was just ok as they offered no meat selections. Just eggs, waffles and cereal oatmeal and breads...coffee...and on the weekends breakfast starts at 7 instead of 6..i would stay thier again because the i had a reastful sleep and my room was exceptional.
