The receptionist at the hotel was polite and patient, but the hotel is a bit small. I thought there was an indoor swimming pool, so I came here because of it. Ctrip said there was one, but when I asked about it at the hotel, they said it was not available. Just across from Tacoma Convention Center with many good restaurants within walking distance. Spotless room and friendly staff. Parking not that convenient though (uses parking lot across the street.)

The property itself is lovely. Staff were kind and helpful. The parking is a bit of a pain - across the street in a garage. You can opt for valet for an extra fee or just hoof it.
