We stayed as a couple. The food was delicious and plentiful. Niigata is known for its rice. Authentic Uonuma Koshihikari was the best. Onsen was good hot water. I was worried that the temperature of the open-air bath was warmer than the indoor bath. The view from the room was also nice. It was a little cramped part of the stay while being careful of my surroundings due to the corona sickness, but it was a very satisfying trip under this situation.
