Staff and breakfast is great. The hot tub was warm not hot by any means same as the shower in my room. Stain on my curtain. Heating unit is loud.

My family and I stayed at this hotel a few times now and it seems to be the one we always go back to. We love the location and the staff are always so friendly. The rooms are nice and convenient for what we need.

We stayed here for a quick overnight get away. The younger woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room looked clean, but there was something spilled on the bedside table the entire way down and was sticky. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gym looked nice too. Unfortunately we had to leave early so we were unable to eat breakfast but seen a lot of others over there. Overall quiet location. We did wake up once around 2am for people running/laughing down the hall but it was very short lived. The bed was amazingly comfortable!!

Bathtub was dirty and broken, breakfast was really bad, and both interactions with the front desk I asked simple questions like what time is breakfast and where my room is located in the building and received a lot of attitude unprovoked 0/10

The property was very nice. My only complaint is the hot tub on the pool area had tepid water, pretty much the same temp as the pool. For the price it was fantastic. Comfy beds and great staff.

I stayed at the hotel to clear my mind, being in the middle of a divorce. The room was clean and neat. The bathroom was clean and had a cozy feel with a mirror that was lit all around for lighting.
The bed was so comfortable that instead of going through my papers I just slept….that’s a great thing as I have not been able to sleep.
Breakfast was a nice selection.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would recommend the Wingate to anyone.

It was a really good price ($70) and the property is good for that kind of money. Exercise equipment is not great. next time I will ask for top floor and not near the elevator
