Suitable for those want to visit Disneyland. Can directly check in at the Disney welcome center. All luggage will be directly delivered to the room, even included the courier luggage or parcel that send to hotel at different date. Very convenient. Breakfast also a lots variety.

The hotel is beautiful and is located close to the Disney parks in Tokyo by taking the monorail. They provide a free shuttle bus to the monorail but it is also withing walking distance. The room is large and beautiful and comfortable. The buffet restaurant is great; they offered a Mexican buffet for dinner while I stayed. There are some convenience shops in the hotel and they sell basic items as well as Disney souvenirs. The staff is friendly and helpful and helped me with a few things on several occasions. There are lots of lovely decorations in the hotel and there was lots of beautiful Halloween decorations during my stay.

Been staying here each time i go disney.. love the location.. right in front of bayside station.. easy to go disneyland and disneysea.. also nearby ikspiari.. the lobby has entertainment and disneysea ticket counter.. service provided was awesome too! If u r carrying luggage, u can wait for the bus to bring u to bayside station too.. breakfast has a large varieties of choices (u can choose which restaurant to go).. all the different restaurants are good too.. there is a disney shop there.. laudromat.. mini arcade and mini convenience store there.. even shops and salon too.. will still continue to stay at this hotel when im there..

地理位置好，交通方便，服務周到，但總體衹能給到3分，就因為設施太老了。機械式操控的空調，感覺是我爺爺輩的物件。屋內設施也有包漿的感覺，連兩個枱燈都忽明忽暗的。這酒店該好好整修一下了。

這個酒店非常老，大堂可能翻新過，但是坐電梯一到房間的樓層電梯門打開撲面而來的地毯異味，感覺非常不好，房間裏面也是異味很嚴重，房間的話就是地毯的氣味，洗手間反臭嚴重。如果不是看平台寫着前幾年重新裝修過，真的不會定，以前在美國也住過裝修超過20年的喜來登，但是從來沒有過這麼差的體驗！第一次一家人住五星級酒店都覺得非常將就的感覺！如果不是因為來迪斯尼玩絕對不要定！酒店唯一的優勢就是地理位置，還有服務人員服務還是不錯的。嚴重踩雷，大家寧願住東京市區也不要住這邊。從來沒有給過任何一個酒店差評，酒店異味真的太難受了。

出行方便。酒店有免費大巴到迪士尼 land，也有回的，在 1 樓。坐迪士尼 line 到海濱站，1 號有免費巴士到酒店，有行李可以坐，沒有行李就走一下也很快的。有付費巴士到機場，提前點掃碼登記付錢。風景好，有陽台有海景。早餐有多餐廳選擇，我選了 1 樓離電梯最近的。9:30 下去還要排隊，吃的東西很多。房間有掛耳咖啡，茶包和 2 瓶水都是免費的，有燒水壺。2 樓有 2 個超市。設施：是舊的，但不影響使用。空調面板在床頭櫃上面。總體是不錯，會推薦給朋友。

Brilliant stay here. Took longer than expected to extend my stay, think the front desk employee needed more support to understand my request. Breakfast included, tried 3 different restaurants across my stay. The more popular ones are more popular for a reason: they have more choice but beware of longer queue times, especially if you want to get into the parks for opening. View of the parks was great, you can see so much and the monorail goes past too! Super location for the parks, down the hill and across the road and you’re at the monorail. Dont bother waiting for the shuttle bus up to the hotel from the station unless you have luggage, mobility issues or do not walk to walk a single step further (you will wait more time on the bus than it will take you to walk).
