This was my second time staying in a hotel apartment. The apartment is excellent, located in a 21-story chic building with 'URBANSTAY' clearly displayed on the building's front door, making it easy to spot. It’s situated on the main road in a vibrant commercial area filled with office buildings, stores, restaurants, and cosmetic clinics. 
Check-in is self-service, as is luggage drop-off before the official check-in time, just like other hotel apartments. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and locate the correct apartment rooms, as another hotel apartment GemStay, is located on the same floor. 
My room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a double bed, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a floor-to-ceiling window with a table and 2 chairs. A small kitchen with 2 stovetops and a sink, a washing machine, and a large fridge, but I kept things simple and just used the kettle for boiling water.
P.S. The wall-mounted heating control and AC remote took me a while to figure out. Thankfully, the staff was quick to respond to my messages and guide me through it.

Absolutely fantastic! Having convenience stores, restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops all available nearby was incredibly convenient. The sea view was absolutely stunning too! The room size was great – we could easily open two suitcases without feeling cramped. I particularly loved the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and having a balcony was a wonderful bonus. I absolutely adored it!

The studio apartment is slightly dated, with some older furniture showing signs of wear, such as wooden pieces chipping off. That said, the room is cozy and fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. There’s no check in/out services, be prepared to DIY.

The standout feature is the unbeatable location—extremely convenient with train and bus stations right at the doorstep. Getting here from the airport is a breeze, thanks to a direct bus that stops nearby.

If you love the Haeundae beach area, this place is a fantastic choice. Right next to the hotel is an Egg Drop sandwich shop, and just a short walk away, you’ll find WorkingHoliday Brunch Café, offering one of the best breakfast with impressive beach views in the area.

The location is okay; it's about a 7-8 minute walk from the KTX station if you take the skybridge. Both the bed and sofa were quite small. The bed was especially soft, and the entire thing wobbled whenever I turned over. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest subway station. The view was decent, even though the room I was assigned didn't quite match the pictures. Overall, it offers good value for money. It's perfect for a solo traveler, but would be too cramped for two people.

Very spacious room and excellent beach view, clean, new, big kitchen and bathrooms with nice amencities, good washing machine with washing detergent. Very convenient location, close to metro, convenient stores, beach, main street and night market.

There is no front desk but virtual one which responds promptly during service hour.

We stayed for 1 week but no additional towels provided.

The journey to the apartment is ok. This area is a new area by Lotte group. This area has premium outlet, mall and themepark. There are new developments ongoing like convention centre hub.

The apartment is great for families. All well equipped.
The luggage storage is actually near the main entrance on the right, just in case you are looling for it. 
Due to the communication barrier and this aprtment is managed by Le collective (remotely) they do not have personal to sit at office to service you. 

The people who are working there belongs to the the developer and mostly they do not know and will ask you to ask Le collective by email or calls.

This room was perfect for me as a solo female traveller. I reach Busan at about 9pm by bus and it was easy to find/get to on my own. Also a 2 minute walk from BIFF Square where you can find street food + it's really easy to get to other tourist attractions (Huinnyeoul, Gamcheon) from here using public transportation. The toilet was clean and the room was spacious. There was also a washing machine and the room provided liquid detergent which was very convenient. The check-in process is fully online and instructions (your room number, room password, directions to the hotel, etc) will be sent to you on the afternoon (~1pm) of the day you're meant to check-in.

Spend great couple of days here. Everything was convenient, the room itself was very clean, comfortable bed and all the utilities provided (except for toothbrush and toothpaste). Beautiful city view and quiet.

Great deal at $127 per night for a double room suite and fairly big. There is no hotel attendant. They just email you the door passcode at 1pm the day you arrive. It is a self service apartment hotel. The only drawback is the second room has a folded mattress. You have to unfold it and pretty much sleep on the floor. Why don’t they just spend a little more money to put a bed frame there. It was hard to get up from the floor. ￼The first room has a bed. The suite has a washer but no dryer. We have to dry our clothes in hangers and that was bad. Why don’t they get a combo washer/dryer. All the washer and thermostat control are in Korean and it was hard for non-Korean know how to operate. I used Google Translate to figured out how to adjust the temperature and how to operate the washing machine. It is otherwise a great deal for a family to stay. I took almost all Uber anywhere and Uber Taxi come up to the door in less than 5 minutes and Uber is cheaper in Korea. We went to most places for just $10 to $15 in Seoul. We didn’t even bother to take the subway.

5* ACCOMMODATION. We loved our time here and only wish we stayed for longer. Great amenities with very expensive appliances such as a clothes dryer in the bedroom! 
Only criticism i have is the Internet was a bit weak.

Restaurant downstairs gives you 20% off and food was delicious.

This place slight not so convenient.Quite difficult to find this place . The uber will sent you to different place ,so you have to find your self where is the exact place . I kept mistaken which subway line to drop off , the exit very messy.not recommended for those person not good in map. However the room is very confortable. Even the room very small still can open 2 big luggage. Once you open 2big luggage,very difficult to move. 

Overall the process is okay. But I don’t think will stay again here .

Just a few blocks away from the heart of Myeongdong. There’s a dessert cafe and convenience store downstairs and tons of food just nearby. Great location!

It was clean and the location was good because it was newly opened. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that there weren't enough towels. It was a shame that they didn't give them out often. But it was still good.

Great location with many seafood restaurants nearby and also a couple of nice cafes to chill with a good view. It’s better to take a taxi when coming from the bus terminal with luggages. There are buses that take to the downtown area as well. 
Room is clean and convenient with its amenities plus there is a washer and dryer in the room. Check in was easy with instructions although there is a need to follow the 4pm check in time and 11am check out time. No daily housekeeping unless stay is 3 nights or more.
Overall it was a great stay! Well-recommended.

I always make reservations at Urban Stay branches whenever I travel to Sokcho! I especially like Sokcho Beach AB branch because it’s right in front of the beach~ There are a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and the beach is great for kids to play in the sand! The rooms are basic so they’re small, but there’s a washing machine, the bedding is clean, there’s capsule coffee, and the fridge is big so it’s perfect for storing food~

Place is near the bus terminal and the beach. Many shops and restaurants around. Everything was contactless and easy to maneuver. It was easy to apply for late check out as well. 10,000 won per hour. Great place to stay if you are heading to seoraksan. Bus stop is a 5 mins walk. Maybe because its new, the place is clean and mould free
