Seems as though all of the vending and ice machines weren't working on the first floor. Lots games were out of order as well. I'm also pretty sure my room had a mouse in it.

Family had fun Kids loved the water park inside, suite was spacious and comfortable, air conditions worked great, beds were soft and pillows were too fluffy for our liking. The room we had had wet carpet around the exterior wall that the showers was on upon entering but staff tried to accommodate to get us a different room but there wasn’t one. They gave me a bunch of towels to put down on the floor so it wasn’t so wet and they refunded my money for the night. Overall was an ok place to stay for family. Do not recommend the restaurant inside, food was overpriced and was not very good.

9.5/10 Hotel and hotel staff was great. Only thing to complain about was just the floor was wet but it’s also a pool hotel. Sooo… over all great experience.

Great value for the price. Super cheap and impressed by indoor water park. Will stay again. Breakfast isnt much but didnt expect much for 80 bux a night

Looks way better online The service was slow and only one person at the desk. Had to fill out a paper form which might be why. The first room they put us in wasnt clean the 2nd at least had clean sheets but the table had food on it the couch had a stain and the AC was leaking all over the floor all night. The arcade wasnt great and the prize machine was broken. My kids didnt even want to go down the slides or get in the pool because of how unclean the room was.

My son found a cockroach in his room. Our showers had cold water only, they closed the pool area at 9:00 during the summer, no creamer for coffee at breakfast (I evern asked someone and they said they had no creamer) and they stop letting people make waffles. The staff was very nice and very helpful when needed - we really appreciated that. The pool area was very humid and warm, not sure if it was supposed to be that warm. The price of around $80 was very good however. Lots of places to get drinks and fill water bottles
