Guest house is a nice way of describing the property. A little tough to find. Very nice quality property when you look closely.

· We stayed 2 nights.Very clean and lots of extras provided in the fridge and for breakfast.Kitchen was reasonably equipped.The stairs to bedroom were easy to negotiate.Steep hill to the property so we drove our car to the free car park to go to the supermarket and the town( very close and easy to find on google)Pool and pool area really nice( very clean)Shower was fantastic - lots of hot water and pressure- the best. Lovely outdoor seating in front of the apartment with a view .Hosts were friendly, we enjoyed our stay very much.The property has free on sight parking. Disliked · An electric jug would have been handy

Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura una sola notte in occasione della festa della befana ad Urbania.. Accogliente ,pulita ,calda!!! Io con la mia famiglia torneremo sicuramente per una vacanza di più giorni!Esternamente molto curato,complimenti !

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura nell'entroterra marchigiano per 9 giorni e nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo! Pro: - personale gentile e disponibile, risponde subito a ogni esigenza; - pulizia effettuata ogni giorno, sempre impeccabile. Addirittura un paio di volte abbiamo lasciato delle tazze della colazione nel lavabo perché eravamo partiti presto per la gita del giorno e ci sono state lavate dal personale! - piscina pulita con diverse sdraio - area relax comune, all'ombra, dotata di tavoli e cucina - lavatrice comune - abitazione dotata di tutti i comfort, tra cui una cucina con tutto l'occorrente e il climatizzatore che ci ha salvato la vita! Molto gradito il set di asciugamani e il phon in bagno. Letto soppalcato con materasso confortevole. Contro: - livello della piscina molto basso, difficile nuotarci - abitazione buia e non dotata di zanzariere in un'area molto piena di zanzare, era quindi difficile arieggare. Consigliamo ai futuri ospiti di dotarsi di antizanzare, anche per interni. - poco spazio per riporre i vestiti negli armadi.

Siamo stati un week and, dal 3 al 5 giugno. 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamentino con soppalco...tutto molto pulito... proprietari gentili e cortesi sempre con il sorriso sul viso...l'appartamento con spazio esterno dotato di tutto... anzi i proprietari gentilmente ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per una buona colazione... veramente top.

Struttura ben organizzata, all'arrivo siamo stati subito accolti dalla proprietaria che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni.
In frigorifero abbiamo trovato burro, latte e acqua a nostra disposizione e per la colazione ci avevano lasciato fette biscottate, marmellata, brioches confezionate....
Non mancava nulla, ambienti puliti e caldi.
