Such a lovely room in a house right by one of the gates into Urbino. Raffaella was fantastically helpful and friendly welcoming us and keeping in touch with WhatsApp. The room had a very comfortable bed and sofa, plus French windows onto the garden. There were coffee and tea making facilities, some little cakes and tiny toffees. The shower was wonderful. Breakfast is not provided but 2 minutes away, across the park is a cafe where you can have croissants and coffee. Also you can park on the premises. A really convenient and pleasant place to stay and enjoy the unique charms of Urbino.

This is an upscale B&B - great rooms at great location but with reduced level of services (staff not present at all times). Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with modern bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed, with great quality linen and direct access to a terrace. For a visit to Urbino, the location is perfect: a park setting, 100 meters from the old city walls at the highest elevation of the city (the drawback is the hard climb back from the sights...). Raffaella checked us in and out and was helpful in every way, good service ! There is no breakfast or other meal service, a coffee machine and some sweet breads are provided: You are well advised to bring your own breakfast cereals and fruits etc if you want more than a bare bones coffee yoghurt breakfast. We could have used a breakfast bowl and proper utensils for our breakfast. We felt the price to be on the high side but overall the stay was very good. We recommend reserving parking at the B&B ahead of time, as space is limited.

La perfetta cornice per un soggiorno ad Urbino fra comfort e relax, con la gentilezza tipica dei marchigiani. Grande plus: avere il parcheggio interno ed esser nel punto più panoramico della città. Consiglio di alloggiare almeno due notti per godersi la pace della struttura e la bellezza della città.

Nella nostra tappa ad Urbino abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa realtà da favola dove nulla è lasciato al caso: dalla prenotazione all’accoglienza e durante il soggiorno ogni nostra aspettativa è stata soddisfatta pienamente! Dagli arredi estremamente curati, ai materassi e cuscini di altissimo livello. The selezionati, pasticcini artigianali, succhi bio. Lenzuola di lino e attenzione all’eco sostenibilità! Da evitare! Confermata una prenotazione 3 mesi prima e nuovamente il giorno prima, siamo arrivate lì Venerdì ed il proprietario ci ha comunicato che per errore la stanza tripla era stata data. Non abbiamo trovato nessun Hotel disponibile, a nostre spese abbiamo alloggiato ad Urbino pagando i anche li taxi per il transfer

Pessima esperienza. Abbiamo prenotato circa 3 mesi prima una camera tripla, prenotazione confermata con mail e telefonicamente fino a mezz'ora prima del nostro arrivo, previsto per le 19.00. Alle 18.30 ci richiamano per comunicare che si erano sbagliati, che avevano prenotato una doppia e non una tripla (perché chi ha preso la prenotazione era stato appena assunto) e che pertanto non c'era posto per noi. Di cercare altrove che tanto su booking c'era posto (giuro, hanno detto così!). Peccato che loro guardassero la disponibilità per il 26 maggio, ovvero per il mese successivo!! Ci siamo ritrovate di sera, sotto la pioggia, con i bagagli in mano senza riuscire a trovare una sistemazione per la notte in tutta Urbino, stracolma per il ponte del 25 aprile. Abbiamo trovato l'unica stanza disponibile a 20 km di distanza pagando oltre 70 euro di taxi. Senza troppi fronzoli e convenevoli (non si sono nemmeo scusati ne' si sono adoperati per trovare una soluzione) ci hanno proposto un buono del 50% sul prossimo soggiorno, buono mai arrivato. Richiamati non hanno più risposto. Esperienza da dimenticare. Metto 1 perché non si può mettere zero. Dovrebbero risarcire il danno che abbiamo subito.

Siamo stati accolti alle 23:00 e, stanchi, dopo un lungo viaggio, abbiamo trovato una camera pulitissima e arredata con gusto eccezionale. Ogni dettaglio è curato. Non solo quelli estetici, ma anche quelli pratici. Dall'acqua microfiltrata al porta valige pieghevole. Teiere particolari, pasticcini. Ci è stato raccontato da una guida turistica che anni fa lavorò in un ristorante gestito da chi ora gestisce la residenza Ambrogi, che alla fine di ogni servizio si smontava tutto e si puliva tutto a livello di perfezione. Basterebbe questo aneddoto a farvi capire di cosa stiamo parlando. Una notte, senza colazione, anche se in realtà c'era tutto per farla nel mobiletto bar, € 113. Parcheggio compreso e posizione super comoda. Ciao.
