The hotel facilities show their age, but the onsen (hot spring) experience was great. It included breakfast and dinner, and the meal quality was excellent, with freshly fried tempura shrimp and steamed pork, both tasting delicious. The location was also good.

The facilities are a bit old, and while the room is quite spacious, it has a strong musty smell. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style; it's not super refined, but it's nice to be able to try some local specialties. There are arcade games and a ping-pong table on the first floor, so you won't get bored in the evening.

The hotel's hot spring was amazing, so relaxing! Dinner and breakfast both exceeded my expectations, absolutely delicious. It made for a perfect first day. Even though the hotel is a bit old, it doesn't detract from the experience. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room size was decent, plenty of entertainment on Level 1 *some are not free* and a foot bath right in front of the hotel. Put some mosquito repellent, we didn't even get to sit more than 5 mins because of mosquitoes. Loved their dinner buffet. Thanks to the free alcoholic drinks we got to sample a few different types of sake. The food was good and for the breakfast French toast was the best. The dinner buffet timing was only 1.5 hours but it was more than enough for us. The room pricing isn’t cheap but it’s definitely worth the value if you just want to spend a quiet and relaxing evening inside the hotel after visiting some of the attractions around the area.

It's very peaceful and comfortable, a great place for a holiday. I will come back.

I was really disappointed that I couldn't use the hot springs due to an incident. However, the hotel's breakfast and dinner were excellent value for money and absolutely delicious.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were incredibly convenient for our family trip! We also loved the free foot bath right outside our room – having towels readily available next to it was a nice touch. The hot spring water was wonderfully smooth and relaxing.

For this price, including two meals, I think this hotel offers excellent value for money. The room size is decent, and being able to enjoy the hot springs is a real bonus. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Plus, the hotel even offers free parking in advance. The room itself was pretty standard for a Japanese-style hotel, so I didn't bother taking any photos. Dinner was a buffet with a huge variety of dishes. The photos only show a small selection of what I chose; the actual spread was much more extensive.

The location is great, within walking distance of the Ureshino Bus Terminal and right near Tamaki Shrine. It's also super convenient for catching buses to Yutoku Inari Shrine and Takeo Onsen, making it perfect for a family vacation.

It was raining on the day we checked in, and there wasn't much shelter at the hotel entrance, so we got wet while unloading our luggage. The room facilities showed signs of age, but the cleanliness was acceptable. The hot springs have indoor and outdoor sections, but the showering areas lack privacy. It was fine with fewer people, but with more, everyone would get wet from each other. The dinner buffet was average. There were also tour groups from Southeast Asia and Korea staying that night, so the restaurant was very crowded with people queuing. Luckily, I went to the hot spring right after checking in at noon, otherwise, it would have been packed at night. Overall, I don't think it offers great value for money at this price.

Love the amenities in the hotel. There’s also a wide selection of food during the breakfast session, and my partner and I managed had a very satisfying breakfast throughout our stay.

Despite requesting a specific time slot for the dinner buffet, it was incredibly crowded and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We never received the meat we ordered as part of the service, and the general chaos made it impossible to enjoy our meal. If they're going to ask for preferred times, they should manage the crowd better. The table space was also cramped, making it difficult to move around. We also used the mahjong rental service, but there was a complete lack of coordination among the staff. I had to call the front desk multiple times, and to top it off, the mahjong set was initially delivered to the wrong room. It took a long time to finally get it, which was very frustrating.

The hotel is very old and really shows its age. The food was ok but overall not worth the asking price.
