The accomodation was gorgeous and very clean. You have a lot of privacy since there is nobody else at the place. There is plenty of space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one kitchen. Also, you have your own parking spot and
a terrace and roof terrace.
The owner was also very polite and caring. I can fully recommend staying there.

My wife is a little bit claustrophobic and we were afraid to stay at a cave hotel with no windows. On the other hand, I wanted to get the experience of living in a stone cave. This villa checks all the boxes - there is a "regular" Cappadocian cave downstairs while the upper floor is full of sunlight. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Cappadocia.

Ev fotoğraflardan daha güzeldi ve merkezi konumdaydı.Her ayrıntısı düşünülmüş , otantik bir Rum eviydi.Rahat ettik.Metin Bey ‘e misafirperverliği ve rehberliği için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelirsek yine burada kalmak isteriz.

Уникальное местоположение. Это действительно старинная пещера (частично), а не имитация, как в большинстве "пещерных" отелей Каппадокии. Два отдельных этажа. Отлично отремонтированные ванные комнаты (две). Две спальни, две гостинных и кухня. Есть отдельная парковка для машины. Красивейшая веранда, увитая виноградом. С крыши открывается вид на пещеры и на дом, где работал Иоанн Русский (почитаемый православный святой). Сам город Ургюп значительно чище и приятнее соседних более популярных туристических мест. Хозяин виллы (сын хозяина) очень приятный человек, прекрасно говорит по английски.
