Owner of hotel went beyond my expectations to make my stay in the hotel the best possible! He provided assistance with my tours and even helped me to get to a pharmacy when I came back from a tour with a twisted ankle. Kemerhan Cave Suites staff were utmost cordial and very friendly! Always offering tea and coffee! The suite was very nice and the jacuzzi very helpful! If I ever go back to Cappadocia, I won't hesitate to go back to stay in Kemerhan Cave Suites. I am already missing "Pasha", their German Sheppard beautiful dog! Thanks for all your nice attention, Mr. Akuzun!

Ailemle birlikte misafir edildik asiri memnun kaldik. İsletme ama misafirsiniz gibi davraniyorlar guler yüzlü, çözümleyiciler, ucret konusunda da yardimci oluyorlar. Şömineli odadaydik odun birakmislardi bitti gece telefonla istedik hemen getirdiler, cay kahve ikramları fazlasiyla istediginiz anda. Sabah istediginiz masada, odada kahvaltinizi hzir ediyorlar. Kisacasi memur bir cift olarak her konuda guvenip gidebileceginize fazlasiyla tavsiyede bulunuruz.

We stayed four nights during the hottest days of the season. Despite the lack of the A/C, the rooms and all closed common spaces were comfortably cool without humidity. Advantage of being built in caves. It is an eight rooms boutique hotel, owned and operated by a very friendly family. Breakfast is included and the kitchen is open 24/7 for beverages. Rooms were nicely decorated and maintained, nice and clean linens and towels. It is in downtown Urgup, very safe area and very close to the stores and restaurants/coffee shops, about 5 min walk. We were very happy with our choice of this hotel.

Stayed five days at the Kemerhan Cave Suites in Urgup Cappadocia. Small hotel. Great accommodations. Room with a heated floor on cold nights. Great breakfast. Great host! He had driven us to places we wouldn't see otherwise. Highly recommend that very unique place. Marilla from New York

We had a great 3 night stay at this lovely hotel. Our cave suite was wonderful, the bed was very comfy and the ensuite is excellent. The staff are just so helpful and kind and ensure you have plenty of tea and coffee and they serve a delicious and generous breakfast out on the patio each morning. The walk into the town centre takes five minutes. Mehmet the owner can arrange any tours for you, including balloon flights (highly recommended). We loved it.

This is an excellent place to stay when you visit Cappadocia. We stayed for 3 nights and loved our cave suite with its comfortable bed and lovely ensuite. Mehmet is the owner and went out of his way with kindness and hospitality, as did all of the staff, everyone was helpful and full of smiles. The breakfasts are delicious and huge and the staff will make you tea and coffee whenever you want and bring it to your room, or you can sit outside in one of the nooks and bask in the sun. Mehmet will organise any tours you are interested in including balloon flights. Pasha the dog is gorgeous and keeps an eye on everything. We didn’t want to leave.

I loved the place. The location is good and the rooms are big and clean and each room is unique. The beds are really comfortable too. The breakfast is amazing you can order it at any time. The hosts are very nice and friendly and they made sure we had the most pleasant stay.

Our family of three stayed at this hotel in early January 2023. The experience was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the staffs were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was high quality and abundant. The owner is so honest and trustworthy and we could use him to arrange daily activities such as hot air balloon rides. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel if we come back to Cappadocia again.
