My husband and I got a package called Ritual Islas Pacíficas (245€ x person) Bedroom views were amazing, but a very strong smell of mold came from behind the bed. We slept with the windows open. Dirty windows, and wardrobes in Corona pandemic is not good. The elevator was dirty too. The massage was very good but they promised 2h 30min and we got only 2 hours without the included drink. Breakfast was ok. The receptionist was coming to the breakfast buffet and picking with his fingers the watermelon and putting it into his mouth and repeating the process every 3 min. The chairs were dusty, some cleaning products and working clothes were beside the buffet. When I tried to complain, they brush it off by saying thank you for the info, I take note of it. In general, not worth the money, it is dirty with unacceptable mold in the bedroom. The views were beautiful, and we met my family that lives in Zumai town.

Outdated and overpriced hotel - we spent 2 nights in Zumaya and chose this hotel mostly because of the views. They are stunning. The rest of the hotel was a big disappointment. Outdated and in bad state, small rooms and generally not friendly staff except the boy at the reception who welcomed us and did a great job. The reception of the poorly looking Spa area was not very interested and when checking out a guy who seemed to be the manager double checked his personell and was quite annoying. We paid 140 Euro per night without having direct sea view.

Great place in an amazing scenic location. Hanging on side of cliff around stunning nature and a lovely buzzy beach. Our room hand big windows opening to the sight and sound of the sea. Hotel is a bit tired, but staff (relocated Greek behind the desk who knew every guest by name) and location made up for it.

Fin de semana en el hotel hotel Zelai. El personal ha sido muy amable, las instalaciones están bien aunque un poco anticuadas (está muy bien tener parking dado que aparcar en la zona es dificilísimo). Lo único es que el masaje me pareció caro para lo que fue, además se supone que eran 25 min y apenas llegó a los 20.

Hemos estado este sábado alojados y todo bien, es verdad que necesita alguna mejora la habitación y el spa pero nos ha gustado mucho. La cena en el restaurante de 10.. La camarera Uruguaa majísima y el recepcionista también. Eskerrik asko

Falta de limpieza, de mantenimiento y de personal. La limpieza de las habitaciones brilla por su ausencia. En el suelo de la cafetería hubo una mancha durante tres días. El colchones era incómodo, se hundía en el centro. Las paredes de las habitaciones necesitan una mano o dos de pintura. En la escalera de bajada al SPA había una cucaracha. El edredón estaba roto. La recepción solo está abierta de 10 a 19H. El hotel cierra a las 22h. Dudo que quede algún responsable durante la noche. Lo único positivo de mi estancia fue la atención del personal (excepto la recepcionista del lunes 25 de septiembre que era antipática). El resto, a pesar de no dar abasto por falta de personal, intentan darte un buen servicio. Parking es gratuito, menos mal porque en Zumaia, si no eres residente no puedes aparcar ni circular por el centro ni los alrededores del hotel. Se aprovechan de las excelentes vistas que ofrece y que la mayoría de la clientela es extranjera y de paso. No volveré ni lo recomiendo.

Hôtel calme sur camino del norte Chambre tout à fait correcte, restauration soit avec restaurant traditionnel, soit dans une autre salle type snack économique (10 à 15€ salade boisson dessert). Petit déjeuner copieux à volonté Accueil sympa et serviable

A pesar del envejecimiento y la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento de sus instalaciones, la relación calidad-precio de la talasso es buena. PERO la recepcionista que nos atendió fue bastante desagradable, se ve que la chica no encontró otro trabajo más afín a sus gustos y horarios. El estar cara al público requiere un poco más de tacto y alegría. Suerte, maja...

Ensemble assez bien, Le personnel est accueillant. Emplacement idéal pour baignade et couché de soleil, P’tit dej avec beaucoup de choix très bon. Les chambre étaient correcte, on avait une belle vue les lit confortable, mais le papier toilette étais impossible à avoir et le sytème chinois des toilette ne marchait pas, puis il y avait un chantier à la hauteur de fenêtres, on avait donc pas trop d’intimité si on voulait la lumière du jour,n Nn la chambre était un peu vieillotte. Mais sinon ensemble très bien 👍👍
