Sacred Dreams Lodge

I had the most memorable time of my life at sacred dreams lodge! The facility is absolutely beautiful and so clean. Jose was very responsive and gave us some of the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. He went out of his way to check we had everything we needed and called us moto’s into town so quickly and proficiently. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip in Peru!

We absolutely loved the property! We got upgraded to a suite and it had a fireplace and lots of space. Jose took amazing care of us, and coordinated everything we needed to make sure we are comfortable. This is by far the best service we have ever received in a hotel! Thank you so much for being our stay memorable. Also, the hot tub was a very special surprise and we got to use it twice. They keep all the amenities very clean.

It’s kind of a fairy tale place! The view was magic, the amazing trees and the river left me without words. The spa made me love this place even more, as I could see the moon while relaxing ☺️ Besides the attention was outstanding , the staff was always kind and aware of my requests. Definitely would come back and totally recommend it! 🦋 Ps: I had a delicious dessert next to the fireplace!

I loved the place, the people who work are very friendly, the massages are very good, the views are impressive, the tranquility in the middle of the mountains makes you rest, the town is local if you want to live a real experience I recommend coming to this hotel

Everything was great, i love the service, the staff was wonderfull. The area of restaurant and the spa is awesome. Its a peace of heaven in the earth, like a paradise i love all the plants and the trees. You have to see the sunset, and the night are amazing you can see all the stars.

It's a great place wey love everything un special the staff since the first day Milton was supporting us. The hotel is a place very wonderfull and for relax. The spa is very nice You have to go. The hotel is a like a little forest................

Booked the hotel as a romantic night for my partner and I. As we showed there was no one at reception, this place looked abandoned and we had to look for the (very helpful and friendly) gardener to help us. After calling the host, he mentioned that he just saw our reservation, but that just the night before there where issues with out room and he could not offer the room we booked. As we paid for a suite with a jacuzzi, we where we expecting another option as the property has many 2 story bungalows and multiple room with jacuzzi. But no, the manager gave us a small room, ni balcony, no jacuzzi and a room with cigarette filters outside of patio. We asked if we could use the spa services, but no we had to wait 3 hours for it to warm up. The restaurant and the bar would not open for another 3 hours as well, and no to forget, the surroundings are stunning. But there are no shops, restaurants or bars in the area as you are in the hills 15min from the town Urubamba. When I asked if I could see the room I initially reserved, he said that there where people working on the jacuzzi, and that he didn’t have the keys. To us it seemed like a lot of BS, maybe a double booked room, but definitely miss management and a disappointment. Thanks to the great service from **********. We got a refund and have found a great hotel downtown with breathtaking views and spa services that don’t take 3 hours enter. Loved the idea of Sacred dreams, but it was a great disappointment!

Very Beautiful property. Very peaceful. Fantastic Rooms with fireplaces and Baths. Excellent restaurant and Bar. Fantastic customer service especially from the manager Milton. Easy access to town by convenient taxies.
